Near football stadium and Central City BBQ directly across the street! Plenty of Ubers in the area and short ride to attractions. Would definitely recommend!
The place was clean upon on arrival and had plenty of glasses, plates and cookware. The HVAC worked well which was good as it got warmer. There were two minor issues discovered during our stay and communicated to the host. The host replied very promptly and they were resolved. I would definitely stay at this property again. The host has excellent communication and provided a great video on how to enter the property.

Location was in a less than attractive neighborhood. Many homeless on the streets in and around the location. Parking is on the street and I did not want to leave my 80,000 dollar car parked there. We elected to not stay there and stayed instead in a hotel in another part of town. Because I did book the rooms and was not able cancel I felt I owed the owner so I am not going to request a refund. The landlord was easy to work with. I am not sure I can recommend this site as I elected not to stay there. Maybe my preference is too high????
Andy was great! Very cute, clean, and cozy home. Close enough to all the action without being in the middle of it. It was a nice quiet area. Our group really enjoyed our stay.
Gorgeous comfortable studio apartments uniquely decorated with beautiful furniture, art and ornaments - we loved our stay.Beds were very comfortable, property was clean and well equipped for all that we needed. It was very hot during our visit so the air con was very much appreciated. Handy to have a parking space right outside too.Just a short 5min car ride from downtown very accessible for all the sights of New Orleans.Andy our host was very helpful and recommended some great places to visit and things to do. We especially enjoyed the museum of art and sculpture gardens at city park. Would definitely recommend this lovely little hidden gem and very genial and attentive host.
