With plenty of space for the whole family, this home is a comfortable place to relax after a day at the theme parks or spend the day enjoying your own private pool.

LOUNGE

The spacious, open-plan living room is the heart of the home and features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool deck.

An additional bonus room offers another television and a pull-out sofa bed, providing extra space for relaxing or accommodating additional guests.

EAT

Enjoy family meals around the dining table with seating for six, or grab a quick breakfast or snack in the kitchen's breakfast nook.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, cooking utensils, and dinnerware, giving you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

RELAX

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4: Two twin beds in each room with convenient access to the third bathroom—perfect for children, friends, or larger families.

The home also includes a private washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

PRIVATE POOL

The pool faces west, making the pool deck a wonderful place to enjoy the Florida afternoon and evening sunshine.

The spacious pool area is fully screened and features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, table and chairs, and a covered lanai where you can escape the sun or relax with an evening drink. Landscaping directly behind the pool provides a semi-private setting.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival to purchase pool heat.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Free high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a children's playground located just a short walk from the home.

PARKING

Parking is permitted in the driveway only, with space for 2 vehicles.

THE SPACE

This is a single-level home licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with required safety features, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and pool safety alarms and/or a pool safety fence.

SELF-CATERING HOME

This is a self-catering vacation home, meaning you'll have the accommodations and facilities needed to prepare your own meals, but food and other consumable items are not provided.

Starter supplies may include soap in the bathrooms, one trash bag in each bin/garbage can, a small laundry detergent, small dish detergent, and dishwasher tablets. These supplies are intended to help get your stay started, and guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.
