This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is a relaxing vacation resort on the Virginia Peninsula and is located close to some of Williamsburg's top attractions. Located within a couple miles away is Williamsburg Historic area. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor pool and one children's pool. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tubs, 2 playgrounds, miniature golf, billiards room and tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. Their is a Jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has 2 queen size beds along with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This beautiful condo also has a balcony and is 1,542 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

Great location to area attractions

Very nice place to stay for Williamsburg area attractions. The amenities such as the pool, playground and mini golf were great for the kids and adults. The condo had everything we needed and was exactly what we were looking for.

What a great week!

Was a wonderful place for the family close to Busch Gardens and historic Williamsburg. The pool was a fantastic plus and the condo was roomy and well stocked with everything you need.

Host was great to help us navigate the check-in process. Property worked out well being able to switch rooms when there was a problem with the bathtub not working well for the kids.

Clean place in great location

We have stayed several times at this resort at various properties. This unit was extremely clean and situated on a perfect ground floor location right by the pond and playground areas. The booking process was extremely easy and the communication was great with the host. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. The location was just off the strip and central to local attractions. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pools during our stay and the unit itself was tidy and well kept. The Wyndham timeshare group was a bit aggressive but easy to manage. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing!

The pictures don’t do the resort and room justice. There were so many wonderful amenities and the suite was very spacious. You can tell the resort takes great pride in accommodating all guests. Highly recommend staying on the property and will do so again on our next visit.

Property was immaculate. Pools, playground, mini golf, even a complimentary Valentine’s Day happy hour wine and cheese party! The room was spacious and was fully stocked. Very clean which is important to me. Layout was perfect. Beautiful resort and the staff was very attentive. Will return!

Little get away

Unfortunately we were not able to go on our little get away due to a family members health. Matt was very helpful in helping us get things worked out. Looking forward to spring so we can visit this beautiful place.

Property was nicer than pictures. Plenty of property amenities and the condo was better than pictured. Condo Could use a deep cleaning but nothing that would deter us from staying again. Plenty of room for four adults and four kids. Area is lovely. Hidden and quiet but so close to everything you need and more. Didn’t like having to go through timeshare push at check-in but they were not aggressive about it and didn’t bother us anymore after saying we weren’t interested. We’ll definitely be booking again!
