Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the sea from our beautiful Provencal-style villa located in Vence, on the mountainside, at an altitude of 400 m.

You can combine the privacy and tranquility of the villa with the energy and bustle of Nice, the sophistication of Cannes, the comfort of Antibes and the sumptuous grandeur of Monte Carlo. Any of these places can be easily reached by car in 30-45 min. The famous medieval villages of Saint-Paul de Vence and Tourette Sur Loup are literally at your feet as it will take you 10 minutes to get there. If you love nature and sports, we also have good news for you! At the end of our street the national park area begins and you can hike to the nearest mountains - Baou Blanc and Baou Noir and take a nice walk to the small waterfall.

If you are more sophisticated than the 5-star luxury hotel Château Saint-Martin, located a 3-minute drive from the Villa, you can enjoy exceptional gourmet cuisine in its Michelin-starred restaurant.

You will find everything you need in Vence in 5 minutes by car. Medieval city, restaurants, galleries, museums, grocery stores and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all this makes the charm of Vence!

We offer 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living and dining room with sea view as well as a magnificent terrace with outdoor dining area with view of the French Riviera. We also have a large heated salt pool (10x5 m) with terrace, parasol and sun loungers and a beautiful garden with olive trees, roses, lavender, lemon, cherry, fique, tangerine and herbs from Provence - rosemary, thyme, mint, etc.

Charming and Thoughtfully Decorated Home in Vence

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home in Vence. Everything was exactly as described on the rental platform; the photos matched perfectly, and the house was just as charming in person. We were especially impressed by how much care and attention Gary and Natalia put into decorating the space. The antique furniture and thoughtful details made the house feel warm, welcoming, and more like a real home than a typical rental. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return.

This year our dream came true and we bought the house in Vence on the mountainside with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valleys. We will be happy to share this beauty with you.
