Welcome to beautiful Surprise Arizona! Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1200 square feet of living space with 10 foot high ceilings in all rooms. It sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. There is a one car garage and your very own assigned parking spot. There is also a private balcony, a playground area, fitness center, crescent-shaped pool and jacuzzi spa. There are plenty of walking paths to get in some exercise as well.

There are many exciting things to do while in Surprise. All of the following are less than a 5 minute car ride from the condo: Community Park Pickleball Courts, Surprise Aquatic Center, library, Spring Training camp for both the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals!, tennis courts, and even a man-made lake for fishing. A 30-40 minute car ride can get you to see a Arizona Cardinals football game or Phoenix Suns basketball game. There are numerous golf courses in the area and the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is only 30 minutes away as well. There are many restaurants and great shopping that awaits you. You won't be disappointed!

The profile on-line said this was a beautiful condo. Our first clue that this property was not what we were expecting was checking in through a dirty garage. Then, we had stairs to go up to the main part. The carped was filthy, dated, shag carpet. The walls had black marks all over them. The kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms were clean, except for the dirt smell when we sat on the furniture? We have never seen twin beds in a vrbo for adults. And, silk sheets are not easy to sleep in because the comforter kept slipping off. We were also not told that the community pool was not heated! We both love to swim so that was a big bummer. The neighbors right off our back balcony were loud & had stuff all over the street so we had to be super careful not to run over bikes, toys & kids! Overall, we should have asked for our money back the forst night & gotten a mitel.

Great location close to baseball

Everything was great. We went to 2 spring training games and walks and hikes around Peoria. The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub were cold and full of leaves. Great place to stay otherwise.

Loved the condo. Perfect for me and my son. It is within a mile of Surprise Stadium. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Super clean. Nice complex. Lots of nice jogging routes. Excellent communication with owner. Couldn’t have been happier.

Communication with the property manager was easy and simple. The property was everything as advertised. The only downside would be is if you're a person of a certain age that has mobility issues getting up and down stairs.

The location was perfect for our stay. Our grandsons live in Surprise and their house and school was minutes away. The pool was great for the boys and the property was well kept. All the utensils for the kitchen were provided. Thanks we will be back soon.

Great place and location

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Location was excellent with a grocery store and plenty of places to eat out very near. Nice par 3 golf course 5 minutes away. We were able to enjoy the stay even though the beginnings of the coronavirus scare was happening. We would love to stay here again.

A nice stay in Surprise

Enjoyed our stay very much. Property was as advertised - gated just off of a quiet street. We did have a nonworking TV when we checked in, but John addressed in right away and had a nice new TV delivered and refunded us some additional money for our trouble. Very pleased with how he handled it. We will definitely look to stay there again next year.

A Wonderful Surprise in Surprise!

Why they chose this property

Anyone that rents this property will not be disappointed. There is so much to do and see. Boring will not be a part of your vocabulary while vacationing in Surprise Arizona.
We were on a family vacation in Arizona a few years back and thoroughly enjoyed it. So much in fact that we decided to buy property! We are so happy that we did and we want potential guests to see why Arizona is so special. With more than 300 days of sunshine every year, palm trees and cacti, numerous golf courses, professional sports teams like the World Champion Kansas City Royals and great shopping and dining, it's easy to see why the greater Phoenix area is so amazing.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property over others because it was newly built and in a gated community with a pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The condo unit itself has its own garage and private parking spot as well. Every room has 10 foot ceillings and has an open concept in the kitchen and living area. The decor is pleasant and inviting. Our condo encompasses the entire second floor of the condo unit so there is nobody living above you which is a nice feature.
It's so easy to travel anywhere in the greater Phoenix area from Surprise. A 30 minute drive (or less) gets you to many destinations including the White Tank Mountains, Arizona Cardinals Football stadium, Spring Training Camp (only a 3 minute drive!) for baseball etc.
This community is clean and very quiet. People are easy going and friendly as well.
