We will happily negotiate a rate for a long term 5/6 month season rental. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Golf Condo with a den. End condo that is light and bright with stunning views of the mountains. Perfectly positioned in Rancho Mirage close to "the River". Swimming pool and Spa 4 condos way. We are equity members , so cheaper golf and tennis. Full use of club house and gym. Great fast wifi and netflix
Sunrise Country Club is a guard gated community with 746 residential condos, Par 64 executive golf course, 13 championship tennis courts, 21 swimming pools and spas, clubhouse with dining room lounge, grille, golf and tennis pro shops, Olympic size swimming pool and fitness/activity center.
