Minutes to everything, this property is located 8/10 mile from Nantucket center and a five minute walk to the bus stop and only minutes to numerous beaches! First floor features an open Living/Dining Room that opens to rear deck, Two Bedrooms (both with queen size beds), a new recently renovated Bath with large walk-in shower , and a new half Bath with new stackable Electrox Washer and Dryer! The second floor offers two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds and a recently updated full bath with tub and shower.
It also features a fully applianced Kitchen with lots of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils! There is also a very large wrap deck with an outdoor Dining area, adirondack chairs and also a gas grill. There is also a rear deck with outdoor shower that you would love, and a Pergola for outside reading or relaxing with a cool drink! There have been many updates with new baths, and airconditioning.
This home is fully equipped and easy to live in. Looking for a quiet area yet minutes to everything, then this is the property for you! This home is also on the BIKE route and on the bus route!

Thank you, Betsy, for having us in your wonderful home. It was perfect for our family of 4, with ample space for guests from time to time. Kids in two bedrooms upstairs with AC in each bedroom and a shared bathroom, AC in the living room down the hall from the bedroom. For potential guests, the two queen bedrooms downstairs are right next door to each other, so if it's really hot, you want to leave the doors open. Make sure you are good friends with your neighbors! Beautiful full bathroom in the hall, as well as a half bath with washer dryer off of the dining room area. Kitchen well stocked, the nicest bedding and an abundance of wonderful towels. Large yard and super private outdoor shower. Fantastic location. Close to town without being in town. Kids rode their bikes everywhere. Easy to get to the beaches, grocery, everything! Can't thank you enough. We will be back!

A Perfect Week

We had a perfect week in Betsy’s beautiful house. Everything we might have wanted, from great quality sheets and towels to kitchen supplies and beach equipment was provided, and the house is beautifully decorated. We lived the wrap around deck and outdoor shower. Betsy is a generous and gracious host!

My husband and I purchased this home as a vacation home. We live year round in Amherst, Mass. Every year we improved and upgraded this home to what we would want to live in so it is more a home than a rental. It is very well equipped with all sorts of bedding and dish ware that we would get mainly for us and our family would enjoy. We especially love the location because it is on a quiet sandy road in a quiet neighborhood. We also appreciate the nearness to town so everyone can do what they chose.

Why they chose this property

If you desire a property away from the hustle and bustle of Town then this home offers it. We wanted a home where we were not shoulder to shoulder to another home and that is one reason we love our home. It offers a large yard for play space and we don't hear any party noises. It is a quiet location, yet near everything

What makes this property unique

This home is 8/10 of a mile from downtown Nantucket with lovely boutiques, galleries and wonderful restaurant. It is also a few minutes walk to bus route and the bike path.
