A lovely penthouse apartment on the second floor maintained and updated to a high standard, this is a great apartment on the Award winning Paradise Gardens complex.
It comprises a spacious 'L' shaped living/dining area with a large sofa, leather swivel chair and a farmhouse pine dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with luxuries such as a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge-freezer. There are 2 large, shady bedrooms, one double and a twin bedded, both with extensive storage space.
The air conditioning was upgraded in 2012 to a top of the range Daikin sensor, remote control system which cools gently and diverts the fans away from movement so you're not sitting in a draught! The furniture throughout is good quality traditional pine.
There is free Wi-Fi in the apartment that reaches the pool area on a good day and we have recently upgraded the TV system from satellite local channels to a Droid Box streaming system which receives most UK stations as well as sport and a good selection of films.
Outside is a large south facing balcony with dining furniture and sunbeds under a shady pergola overlooking the pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. The apartment offers beautiful views over the roof tops of Kato Paphos to the Mediterranean sea, and the balcony, sunny by day, is the perfect place to watch the magnificent sunsets.
This peaceful setting is ideal for getting away from it all whilst remaining close to the vibrant centre of the nightlife and harbour area. The penthouse is suitable for couples and families and combines the independance of a home from home with the convenience of a luxurious and quiet holiday environment.
