We are experienced guests at many villas around the area of Pollença and we were very happy at our arrival. Spacious for our needs, welcoming, really well-equipped and in a great location. We were very content and only wish we could have stayed longer. We all agreed we would be happy to revisit! The pool area is also very nice and was relaxing and never crowded.

Really lovely villa in a good location as Cala San Vincent a pretty resort and easy to travel to other places. The host Gail is very good at communicating and quickly answers any queries you may have.The pool is in a lovely setting but can be a little noisy with children if you travel in school holidays but good for families with young children. All in all a great villa in a lovely setting.

Great Little Spot by the Sea

Nice relaxing spot on the north end of Mallorca close to one of the most stunning beaches on the island. Located off a quiet street, the villa is located in a small community with sea views. This home has everything one would want on holiday and is nicely equipped for items needed during your stay.

Superb hosting in a lovely villa complex. Would recommend for families and groups of friends who want a relaxing stay. Car hire needed as a bit remote (which we wanted!) and need to be able to manage stairs. Other than that I would certainly go back again!!!

An amazing gem

We appreciated this location for the first leg of our 4 week trip to Mallorca. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Top notch. I would highly recommend this villa as well as the Cala San Vicente area. The pool area was welcome after long days in the sun.

Lovely week away with grown up children

We were looking for an ideal holiday property for us and our 2 grown up children and their partners to have a family get together, we all had a lovely wék. I stayed here in the first week of June 2024 with my family and two friends and we couldn't have picked a better villa. It was perfect for the family as the villa was well equipped, the outdoor space is great for sitting outside (the pictures do not do it justice) and the communal pool is great. The location is also excellent - a short walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants and the scenery is stunning. I couldn't recommend enough.

A really lovely house nestled in the hills in a quiet location. The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The terrace area is huge. I would love to come back in the height of summer-we were there late October so did not need to take advantage of the shade provided by the trees. Comfortable bedrooms and great showers in the bathroom.

Perfect home away from home

We absolutely loved the house and the whole location! So beautiful, quiet and relaxing! The whole house is very well equipped, the terrace has so many seating accomodations, in the shadow or in the sun, and you have a view of the mountains and the sea. There is always a cool breeze, so that you can enjoy a lunch outside, even in full midday-sun. The pool area is beautiful, with a large pine tree providing a bit of shade,too, if you want to. We really enjoyed our stay and fell in love with the north of Mallorca! Hope to return soon!

Great property in a perfect location for a young family!

This was our second time staying at Villa Botanas and we chose this property specifically due to its outdoor terrace. We weren’t disappointed! The property is excellent throughout and with the terrace, it really takes it to the next level. It’s perfect to enjoy a beer or glass of wine watching those warm, beautiful sunsets over the mountains and ocean, especially if you have two little ones tucked up in bed (as we did). The location offers plenty and Cala Molins, which is a stunning little beach, is only a stone’s throw away. We’d definitely recommend the property and location to friends and family alike. Special mention to Gail, the owner, who was easily contactable, very responsive, and very accommodating

A real tonic with or without gin!

Thank you, Gail, for a wonderful stay in your charming villa. The little complex is situated in an ideal location - just a few minutes walk from the prettiest of coves, shops, friendly restaurants and bars and if you are without car, easy access to a really reliable bus service to Pollensa, Alcudia and PP. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and things you did not think you needed but glad that they were available. Super pool and grounds that were maintained beautifully. Communication pre arrival excellent. I cannot fault our experience. Thank you, again.

I cannot speak highly enough of this property and it's location. The villa was very clean and extremely well equipped; everything was thought of. The beds were really comfortable, with modern bathroom facilities (great showers!) and air conditioning throughout. The outdoor space was our favourite part and it was where we spent most of our time. The pool area is perfect and was never noisy or busy. Perfect for small children as well, with the shallower part sectioned off. The local beach was incredible just a few minutes walk down the road and we loved exploring the town and discovering shops, restaurants and more beautiful bays. Communication with Gail was efficient and useful, as was the comprehensive information provided in the booklet when we arrived. We absolutely loved it here and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Vicente.

We stayed at this villa in August for two weeks. This was our first trip to Majorca and we had a super holiday. The owners were very helpful and handled the booking in a friendly and professional way. The villa was just as advertised it was clean, lovely and well presented. The bathrooms and the kitchen were new and there was always loads of hot water. The patio to the rear of the property was well furnished and overlooked Vicente. The villa was one of 12 the grounds were well maintained as was the communal pool. We were five minutes from beautiful Molins Bay perfect for swimming and building sand castles. Three restaurants were close by, good food and friendly staff. Local buses too were close by. All in all a perfect spot for a wonderful family holiday. We would have no reservation in recommending this villa to family and friends. Great villa, great location, fabulous weather. We will be back.

We love the island of Mallorca and visit as often as possible. Our favorite area is Pollensa - we love the beaches!

Why they chose this property

The Pollenca area in the Northern Region of Mallorca - it has the most beautiful scenery, and the Best Beaches!
Cala San Vicente is like travelling back in time, and has a charm of its own. There are around fourteen restaurants in Cala, and a couple of supermarkets and a few shops. The beaches and the water are just superb!

What makes this property unique

The villa is on a lovely well maintained complex, with only 12 villas. This enables you to go to the pool - where it can be quite sociable - then you can go back to the privacy of your own villa. Also, its only a short walk to the village, so you can buy your morning paper, or fresh bread to make lunch before you go out for the day! I especially love the rear terrace in the evening - so relaxing with just a few candles lit - and the kids in bed!
