This one level 3 BR /3.5 BA luxury 2,900 sq ft condo is an amazing Park City retreat. Great for 1 family or 3, or a couple wanting a special space! The condo is located in the lovely Silver Star Village; with a Park City Mountain Resort ski lift just steps away, and the top-rated Silver Star restaurant with live music and ski shop just an elevator ride away. Deer Valley resort is accessible via bus or car. Depending on the season, golf or cross country skiing is located just across the street.

Bedroom 1: large master suite with a king bed, direct TV, all marble bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. The main closet in this room is locked but there is a nice armoire for guest use and another closet directly outside the bedroom.
Bedroom 2: large master suite with king bed, direct TV, all marble bathroom with shower, private terrace with hot tub.
Bedroom 3: large suite with bunk beds and trundle, perfect for a couple or 3-4 kids, direct TV, with all marble bathroom with shower over tub.

Kitchen: fully stocked gourmet kitchen with gas range, oven, microwave, and four bar seats at counter.
Dining room: table seats 6.
Living room: two leather couches, one of which has a pull out bed, gas fireplace, several large chairs, direct TV.
1/2 bath in entry.
Huge terrace off dining room features extensive living room style seating and a gas BBQ, with a nice view.

Great place for family!

The location and accommodations were great for our family of 5. The convenience of the ski shop and shuttle service made renting equipment and getting to the slopes a breeze! And the shuttle service was perfect for trips into town for dinner, too. We rented a car at the airport, and the garage parking was a bonus, but the car rental was unnecessary! We really enjoyed our stay!

Time in the Park City Mountains

This was a family trip with our daughter, son in law and grandkids. This was a wonderful property and was centrally located to all the activities. We enjoyed the great views from the back porch and had everything we needed. The grandkids said they hope we get to come back and I am sure we will. Thanks for the great property we truly enjoyed it!!

Great Ski Trip

Access to the Silver Star lift and rental shop is right on site. So easy to have a great day on the slopes and finish in comfort in the hot tub at the condo. I went with my two teenage boys and we had plenty of space. The unit is clean, comfortable and the host was very easy to work with. I would definitely come back. Also, the shuttle service is a great feature getting you into town or picked up at Canyons/Park City base.

Tremendous Condo in a great Park City Location

Condo provides an ideal setting with a great one floor layout with everything you could ask for in furnishings, cleanliness and a great location close to downtown Park City and all amenities close by. To top it off their is a great patio with view after view. We are coming back next summer, wouldn’t miss it. Arlan & Eileen 09/28/19

Perfect place

Location: you just can't get much closer to the lift at Silver Star. Accommodations: beautiful, clean and all on one level. Hot tub well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Lots of special touches throughout the unit to make it feel like home and not a hotel. It was easy to stay in touch with the owners. We would love to return!

Wonderful stay at Silver Star!

We loved our stay at this condo! We were there over the 4th of July and the 5K race was right off the deck. It was fun to sit on the deck and watch the golfers daily. The condo itself was very comfortable - the beds, furniture, layout. We were familiar with Silver Star but appreciated this condo as a single floor unit. The kitchen was so well stocked!! As one who loves to cook, I could tell this owner does as well. We loved our stay and loved making memories in Park City!

My group and I had a wonderful time at 1102. The condo was in great condition. Having drinks in the hot tub looking at the picturesque mountains was an added bonus. The buildings management company were very helpful and accommodating . It was also nice having access to the complementary shuttle service. The drivers were pleasant and educational about the park city area. We did our skiing at deer valley but the ski in/ski out to park city was a stones throw away from the condo. We also enjoyed the Silver Star Cafe attached to the resort. The food was great and had live music every night we were there. Corinne was very easy to contact if any questions arose and had made sure we had all the information need for the condo. Our group had a blast and we would definitely book again.

Silver Star Village

First time visitors to Park City area. I’ll start w the apartment. The complex is very cute w a ski shop and restaurant on site. We rented all our gear there and the shop staff were accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. The restaurant is a gem and we ate there on several occasions. Parking for the condo was covered and very easy. The apartment itself is clean, very well stocked, super comfy and I really can’t think of one thing to improve upon. Plenty of space for my family of 6. We had a few minor issues with the hot tub and the fireplace not working on arrival. However, the response to those issues was timely and resolved pretty quickly. The location of the village and apartment was ideal - it’s a bit away from the PCMB which means it wasn’t crowded to rent gear and grab food. Unfortunately the lift that makes this village so convenient was not running while we were there. So, the lack of ski in ski out was a major bummer. We are average to above average skiers and I was told the run to the village is a blue so should’ve been pretty manageable for experienced skiers- but that’s by word of mouth only. The complex did go to great lengths to provide a shuttle service for a very large portion of the day. The waits for that were minimal and all in all it was the best we could’ve hoped for considering the circumstances. The owner also provided a fair reimbursement/compensation for the lack of that essential component of our stay. The owners, village shops, and guests alike were all at the mercy of PCResort lifts- covid - staffing - whatever the reason being. There was plenty of storage in a heated indoor ski locker room on the top level near the lifts. The Check in process and all the needed information was provided. Had the lift been working we would’ve had only good things to say about our first visit.

We spend most of our time in the SF Bay Area but look forward to retiring to Park City one of these days so we can spend more time skiing, fly fishing, and mountain biking.
