Comfortable cottage close to lots of lovely unspoilt coves picturesque villages and towns.
Loved the area - totally unspoilt, peaceful, sheep baaing, starry nights and birdsong.
Large garden to bbq and relax in. Lots of cooking in well equipped kitchen, film nights from large DVD selection and games nights too! Totally relaxing holiday in typical mixed
Cornish weather so good to have a cosy cottage to retreat to.

Well appointed and charming cottage
We were a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 children under 7). The cottage provided everything we needed, including a great selection of spices for our cooking needs. We made two meals per day and had everything we needed.
The location was great for our day tripping. With the small fishing villages within miles, we were able to see the three and the differences they offered. Going to larger towns was easy and provided additional adventures within a 20-30 min drive.
The driveway was a little tricky for parking as we were not use to the smaller UK/Cornish standards, but our two cars did fit fine.
I would definately recommend this cottage as it was very enjoyable time here.
Thank you for opening this cottage up for our family to use.

A beautiful, homely, well equipped cottage in a peaceful setting.
Our stay at Brialli Cottage was an amazing holiday. The cottage has a lovely family feel, it was very comfortable, everything has been thought of. There are lots of games to keep the children entertained (some serious monopoly) and DVD's. The kitchen is really well equipped (there were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children) and the BBQ was great as well. It is in a great location as, although very peaceful, it is just a 5 minute drive to Talland Bay from which we did a cliff walk to Polperrro and ended up back on the beach. We were lucky enough to see a seal! It is nearby to so many beautiful places, we also visited Looe, St Austell, Lansallos, Portpean, Charlestown and The Eden Project. The owner is very friendly and approachable too.

Lovely old Cornish Cottage...
Peaceful setting, so quiet - slept forever! The garden just springing to life with snowdrops, daffodils and birdsong. Such a tonic to city life.
Loved the cottage - comfortable, cosy with open fires and well equipped.
It is just off the beaten track but so easy to get to places - Polperro, Looe, Fowey etc. with gorgeous beaches and coastal walks minutes away.

A pretty cottage in a quiet location
The property was bright and clean in a quiet road off the beaten track. It felt welcoming and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We were in easy reach of the beach and other facilities. We occupied all the space but didn't feel crowded. The garden was lovely to relax in and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.

A Lovely Christmas
I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone who was thinking of "Getting away from it all" - we decided to spend a family Christmas together, just me and my husband, and my two grown up Children and one of their partners and out two very well behaved small dogs.
This was everything I hoped it would be, long walks in cold weather wrapped up to keep warm. Back to log fires, books and of course "Its a wonderful life" on the television. Few glasses of wine a traditional turkey dinner, games by the fire, it was amazing.
A big thank you to Rosemary the owner who made our stay very inviting and welcoming.
Happy New year to you, and thank you again.
As I said, I would definitely book this again, a fabulous time.
About the host
Hosted by Rosemary
I live in London but grew up in Bristol and always loved our family holidays in the West Country. I can feel the stress melting away as we travel west towards Cornwall. I teach and my husband is an architect working in both London and Cornwall. We love to share the home we have created in this fabulous tranquil and stunning corner of Cornwall.
Why they chose this property
Having camped and rented cottages in the area with our 4 children many times, we were looking for a cottage and were immediately smitten by this old Cornish cottage and it's convenient rural location so close to the coves and coast, towns and villages we love and never tire of visiting again and again. This area of South East Cornwall is so accessible and so unspoilt. It is our home from home - our dream come true which we are happy to be able to share!
What makes this property unique
The peaceful location is punctuated by the sound of sheep baaing, birdsong and geese as they fly over from a nearby lake, owls calling by night and sightings of deer and other wildlife. The ford which crosses the road at the end of the lane and provides us with the soothing watery sounds. Being able to enjoy a bbq or glass of wine in the sun until late in the evening at the top of the garden and the beauty of the sunset to follow when most places have lost the sun hours before is wonderful. Coming into this welcoming cottage on wet or cold days, lighting a fire, in the spacious dining room while cooking in the adjoining kitchen, eating together and following up with a film or games night with family and friends - always a pleasure.
