The UHC ARCO DEL SOL FAMILY COMPLEX residence has a privileged location on the beachfront of Playa del Arenal, awarded the Blue Flag for the quality of its waters.



The centre of L'Hospitalet del L'Infant is 1.5km from the complex. It is the perfect place to spend a few days of relaxation with family. Without mass tourism, you can enjoy the absolute tranquillity of the beaches and the proximity of a mountainous area for outdoor activities. There is a wide range of possibilities to explore in the surrounding area.

This cosy apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with a sofa bed and access to a large terrace with sea views. Air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom.



The building has a communal garden with sun loungers and 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children).



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Perfect for families with small children.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Apartamento amplio y luminoso, con buenas vistas, junto a la playa y acceso a piscina. Tener que ir a buscar las llaves a Salou resulta incómodo.

Entendemos que la recogida de llaves en nuestra oficina de Salou pueda resultar menos cómoda aunque nos vemos obligados a centralizar algunas acciones debido a que gestionamos más de 200 alojamientos en 40 Km a la redonda de Salou. Días de descanso sin pensar en desplazamientos

La ubicación es la que nos gusta, estupenda playa a pie y piscina para refrescarte. Pueblo tranquilo, pero con todo lo que necesitas. Cerca, polideportivo con frontón, ideal para los jóvenes La limpieza inicial fue un poco mejorable, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar en 15min

Appartement très bien situé avec vue sur mer .L 'appartement est bien equipe et moderne. A la piscine il y avait 2 chaisses longues abimées donc il y en avait que 7 pour tout les appartements.

La amplitud de comedor y baño y terraza espectacular Incluir wifi en el precio. En todos los alojamientos es habitual, y el precio del apartamento no es para no incluirlo

Appartement bien situé avec tout confort

Appartement bien équipé avec une grande terrasse située près de la mer. Un très bon service de universalholidaycentre.(problème airco) Installation d'une serrure de sécurité à l'interieure de la porte d'entrée serait préferable,vue l'interdiction de laisser la clef dans la serrure de la porte .
