Federica’s Golden Hour House-Beach Walk Villa with terrace 400 m from the sea

Overlooking the stunning beach of Kala è Moru, our cottage is ideal to enjoy the warmth of the famous Sardinian sun.
Going to the beach is easy and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
In the residence you will find all the services to make your holiday unforgettable: umbrella and deckchair rental service, beach kiosk, restaurant/bar, mini market, delicatessen.

The house is very welcoming and charming and consists of a large terrace, two bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds), an entrance hall with a liveable kitchenette, a bathroom and a rear veranda with an outdoor shower and a sink for washing clothes. A camping cot is also available for young children. The kitchen is well-equipped (dishwasher, microwave, hand blender, pressure cooker, etc.) and has everything you need to prepare excellent lunches and dinners. There is also a washing machine and a reserved parking space for two cars.

Please note: only cold water comes from the kitchen tap — there is no hot water at the kitchen sink, but a dishwasher is available.
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
Check-out by 10:00 AM.

The residence is well-frequented, ideal for families but also for a relaxing holiday with friends.
The cottage is located at the entrance of the residence, close to the supermarket and the bar.
The Kala e Moru residence is 25 km from Cagliari and 20 km from Villasimius.

The property is situated in a very quiet residential area, well away from the main road, and noise has never been raised as a concern by any of our many guests over the years. We are genuinely puzzled by this feedback, as the house is known for being particularly peaceful and tranquil — one of its most appreciated qualities. We wonder if perhaps the noise experienced was occasional and temporary in nature, as can happen anywhere during busy summer periods, rather than something characteristic of the property itself. We hope you'll consider returning and experiencing the true calm this home has to offer!

We spent a great holiday in Federica's home, the location is really perfect and the view from the terrace amazing. It could have been cleaner and the house is a bit rundown for it being quite expensive, and unfortunately the awning was broken so we couldn't use it but overall the nice view the sea more than made up for it! Communication with Federica was always easy and quick and we enjoyed our time there.

We'd like to address a couple of points you mentioned. Regarding the awning: unfortunately, it had been damaged by a very strong Mistral wind shortly before your stay. The previous guests had left it open despite a wind alert, which caused it to break. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience — and we want to let you know that the awning has since been permanently removed, so this will not be an issue for future guests. As for cleanliness, we take this very seriously and work with a professional cleaning company that documents the condition of the property with photos after every clean. The house was thoroughly cleaned and in impeccable condition before your arrival, so we were a little surprised by this comment. That said, we always welcome direct feedback during a stay so we can address anything immediately. Regarding the property feeling "rundown" — we love this home and invest regularly in its upkeep, though we understand that a seaside home has its own character and charm that may feel different from a brand-new apartment. We're truly happy you had a great holiday overall and that communication was smooth throughout. We hope to welcome you back one day!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Feriensiedlung direkt hinter/über einem kleinen Einkaufsladen und einer Bar und in der Nähe der Küstenstraße (die man von der Terrasse deutlich höhen kann). Die Aussicht von der ganztägig sonnigen, großen Terrasse ist sehr schön. Zum Strand geht man 5-10 min einen Berg runter. Der Strand ist schön aber relativ voll, vor allem am Wochenende. Eine wirklicher Ort ist die Siedlung nicht. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist ca. 15 min. entfernt.Die Kommunikation mit Federica ist sehr gut. Sie antwortet schnell und ist sehr bemüht.Das Badezimmer und ein Teil der Küche sind auch aus hygienischen Gründen renovierungsbedürftig. Dies wurde unsererseits an Federica zurückgemeldet, die sich sehr aufgeschlossen und verständnisvoll verhielt und sagte, sie wolle die Arbeiten zeitnah in Auftrag geben.Es sollte beachtet werden, dass es kein WLAN und keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung gibt. In der Küche gibt es kein warmes Wasser aber eine Spülmaschine. Caligari und die Strände an der Süd-Ost-Küste sind gut erreichbar.

The lack of Wi-Fi and air conditioning is clearly stated in the listing, so we hope it wasn't a surprise. After all, as you've probably noticed, air conditioning in such a cool and airy home is unnecessary. We're always open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve our guests' experience. Schöner Blick und gute Lage

Unschlagbar ist der wunderbare Blick auf das Meer und den abendlichen Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung hat alles was nötig ist auch wenn sie ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Casa completa con tutto quel che serve…arredamento un po’ spartano ma funzionale…unica pecca, l’assenza del condizionatore ma probabilmente ce ne si rende conto solo melle giornate più calde… Comodissimo il parcheggio privayto sia in casa che sulla spiaggia!

Gutes Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, bis auf unsauberes Geschirr im Schrank und Besteckfach alles super. Terasse ist wirklich schön und Ausblick echt wie im Film! Das Haus ist mit den angegebenen 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten (1 Doppelzimmer und 1 Zimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten) für 6 Erwachsene sicher zu klein, für 3-4 Erwachsene jedoch sehr zu empfehlen. Die vorhandene Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind extrem hilfreich! Zentrale Lage für die Südküste, Traumstrand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder !!

Ottima posizione, tranquilla e comoda per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, sia presso l'abitazione sia presso la spiaggia. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e presente in caso di necessità. Da curare maggiormente la, manutenzione della rubinetteria del bagno, box doccia incluso, e della cucina.

La maison de Federica est très bien située si vous souhaitez découvrir les belles plages de la Sardaigne du Sud Est. A 5min à pieds, vous avez une plage de sable blanc et si vous êtes véhiculé, de nombreuses plages sont facilement accessibles en voiture.

La villetta si trova in una ottima posizione, in relazione ai servizi e alla spiaggia di Kala e Moru. Il punto di forza dell'appartamento è l'ampia terrazza da cui si gode uno splendido panorama.

Fantastica esperienza

Prima volta in Sardegna e non potevamo chiedere di piú. Casa pulita. Location ottima, tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia non molto affollata. Da Geremeas in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere le altre splendide spiagge del aud-est. Un piccolo ma ben assortito market sotto casa. Federica sempre disponibile. La tranquillitá dell appartamento immerso nella natura e della zona é quello che ci é piaciuto di piú.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Tauchschule und Minimarket ums Eck

Wir waren mit unseren Ferien hier als Familie mit 2 Kindern (10 und 13) sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit. An sich war die Wohnung sauber geputzt und die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck wieder. Der Kühlschrank war nicht abgetaut und auch nicht ausgewischt (roch stark nach eingelegten Oliven) und auf dem Herd hatte wohl noch jemand seinen vollen Espressokocher stehen lassen..... In der Küche gibt es kein heißes Wasser und man muss es sich mit der Spülwanne im Bad holen (oder in der Küche erwärmen). Über diese kleinen Unanehmlichkeiten hinweg gesehen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt: Frederica war super hilfsbereit und stand uns per Textnachrichten gerne mit Rat und Tips zur Verfügung. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet (leider auch nicht alle Töpfe und Pfannen sauber), die Betten bequem, die Terasse wunderbar und Mitte Juni waren die Nachbarappartments weitgehend unbewohnt. Der Minimarkt für den täglichen Bedarf war gleich ums Eck. Auch eine Tauchschule mit deutschsprachigen Tauchlehrern ist in der direkten Nachbarschaft, so dass meine Tochter spontan einen Tauchkurs gemacht hat, zu dem sie selbstständig gehen konnte. Der Strand war ganz wunderbar und auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Da erst ab dem 20.6. Parkgebühren erhoben wurden, sind wir, wenn die Kids viele Strandutensilien dabei haben wollten, auch mal mit dem Auto gefahren. Teilweise besuchten wir auch weitere Strände in der Umgebung - einer schöner wie der andere. Die Bar um die Ecke hat von uns übrigens das Prädikat "leckerster Cappucino" von Sardinien erhalten, und hier ist der Cappuccino eigentlich überall gut....

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you spent a nice holiday in my cottage. The problem found have been solved . In particular, from now on in the kitchen there is the dishwasher. I am sorry you didn't use the reserved free parking in front of the beach. I used to give the remote control gate to all the guests in order to take advantage of it.

wonderful holiday

Federica's cottage is a really good place where to spend summer holidays. The terrace is really cozy and fresh: we had our lunch and dinner and we stayed ok. Beautiful Kala e moru beach is a stroll away down the hill. From the resort of Kala e moru you can easily drive to Cagliari or Villasimius.

Grandioso!

Soggiorno molto bello. La casa è veramente carina e Federica e Sia mamma sono state davvero molto carine e gentili. Ottima location per visitare le più belle località e spiagge della zona. Grande terrazzo panoramico ove poter cenare al fresco e rilassarsi anche di pomeriggio se non si vuole andare in spiaggia. In definitiva...OTTIMO!!!+++
