The property is situated in a very quiet residential area, well away from the main road, and noise has never been raised as a concern by any of our many guests over the years. We are genuinely puzzled by this feedback, as the house is known for being particularly peaceful and tranquil — one of its most appreciated qualities. We wonder if perhaps the noise experienced was occasional and temporary in nature, as can happen anywhere during busy summer periods, rather than something characteristic of the property itself. We hope you'll consider returning and experiencing the true calm this home has to offer!

We'd like to address a couple of points you mentioned. Regarding the awning: unfortunately, it had been damaged by a very strong Mistral wind shortly before your stay. The previous guests had left it open despite a wind alert, which caused it to break. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience — and we want to let you know that the awning has since been permanently removed, so this will not be an issue for future guests. As for cleanliness, we take this very seriously and work with a professional cleaning company that documents the condition of the property with photos after every clean. The house was thoroughly cleaned and in impeccable condition before your arrival, so we were a little surprised by this comment. That said, we always welcome direct feedback during a stay so we can address anything immediately. Regarding the property feeling "rundown" — we love this home and invest regularly in its upkeep, though we understand that a seaside home has its own character and charm that may feel different from a brand-new apartment. We're truly happy you had a great holiday overall and that communication was smooth throughout. We hope to welcome you back one day!

We take hygiene and comfort very seriously and are pleased to inform you that the bathroom shower has been completely renovated and is now brand new. The lack of Wi-Fi and air conditioning is clearly stated in the listing, so we hope it wasn't a surprise. After all, as you've probably noticed, air conditioning in such a cool and airy home is unnecessary. We're always open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve our guests' experience. We're happy that you enjoyed the terrace, the beach, and the day trips to Cagliari and the southeast coast. We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you spent a nice holiday in my cottage. The problem found have been solved . In particular, from now on in the kitchen there is the dishwasher. I am sorry you didn't use the reserved free parking in front of the beach. I used to give the remote control gate to all the guests in order to take advantage of it.
