Stunning rural location in forested mountains of Cantabria. We enjoyed long walks and cycling trips from the house. We also drove over to the Picos for a good walk. The constant background sound of cowbells will live long in my memory. Many thanks to Judith, the very friendly host.

Disliked: Location

Very dated

A mouldy smell is the first impression (couch especially). Lack of adequate kitchen equipment, (not one sharp knife).Washing machine door faulty. No way to dry clothes if raining. Noise from adjoining rental, walls obviously too thin. Accomodation needs total refurbishment. Covered outside areas totally useless as rain ingress was extensive.

Thank you for your feedback. As an on-site host, I always check in with my guests during their stay to ask if all is well or if I can do anything to make their stay more comfortable, and encourage them to reach out in case they need anything. Unfortunately this guest never indicated any problems at all. Of course I would have been happy to immediately address any concerns, if given the opportunity. To all my future guests: Please don't remain silent if you have concerns or issues during your stay. Reach out and let me know so I can take care of them for you. It's my job and my pleasure to ensure you enjoy your stay with us.

Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
