The ant nests which caused the infestation were multiple and quite large, apparently. Treatments to eradicate were provided swiftly after you notified us (as you said) but also on a number of occasions over a number of days during your stay. The management company also provided an extra clean to the townhouse contemporaneous with the first infestation treatment, though it isn't clear to me how much of the lack of cleanliness you describe is due to the ant infestation (which as you say, is a commonplace occurrence), or due to an otherwise poor attempt at cleaning the apartment before your arrival. Either way, I'm glad that the Townhouse was sufficient in other areas to not deter from you having a good week's holiday. I've taken steps to monitor, immediately prior to future holidaymaker visits, that the Townhouse is cleaned to the very high standard that has been prevalent for at least the last four years with our management company; and that treatment for the ant infestation is ongoing. Thank you for the review. Your comments about the wall rendering and the patio furniture are noted; the absolute intention is to address the wall rendering peeling which has occurred, during the (winter) off season, as well as replace some of the now weather worn patio furniture. There was no prior knowledge of the flyscreen damage on my side, will look to address this during the off season also. Hope your stay overall was a good one nevertheless. Kind regards
