Casa Nova is situated on a gentle hill, in the quiet, country location of Malhadais (Boliqueime). It offers the perfect getaway for families and couples, with its flower-filled planters, outside eating area, built-in barbecue, sun-beds, parasols and kidney-shaped swimming pool (7 x 3.5 metres). A host of amenities are within easy reach in nearby Boliqueime which boasts a pretty church, restaurants, cafes, bars, a bank and pharmacy. There are a host of beautiful beaches within easy reach (15/20 mins by car). The beautiful golden sands of Falesia and Vilamoura are closest, with the smaller pretty coves of Sao Rafael and Coelho just East of Albufeira just slightly further. And for guests who enjoy golf and water sports, these amenities are also within easy reach at nearby Vilamoura. Sorry NO SUNDAY ARRIVALS.

We are sisters Lesley-Anne and Sarah and Casa Nova was handed down to us by our mother. We both live near the sea on the South Coast in England and try and get out to the Algarve as much as possible.
Why they chose this property
Set in the peace and tranquillity of Malhadais, just outside the bustling village of Boliqueime, Casa Nova’s location couldn’t be more perfect. As an artist and writer respectively, we crave the space, light and seclusion of its rural setting and have enjoyed many wonderful holidays here with family and friends. The villa is equipped with everything you should need for a memorable holiday and its pool and gardens are totally private.
