Private and spacious (over 1,500 square feet) condo, just moments from Palm Springs Airport, Palm Canyon and Downtown Palm Springs. Light and airy, with wonderful Mountain Views. Located at the end of the cul-de-sac, this is an "end" unit with wide open spaces surrounding it. Quiet and private!

The condo has three spacious bedrooms and two full baths. A large open plan living room, kitchen and dining room opens onto a private enclosed patio with a large table, barbecue and abundant foliage, and orange and lemon trees. A second patio/terrace is off of the living room and master bedrooms.

Sunrise Oasis is one of the lowest density complexes in Palm Springs with just 96 units in total. There is ample and abundant grass and green spaces. Three community pools and two tennis courts are available for your use.

The master bedroom has a California King bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom/den has a pull two pull out loveseats (twin beds). The unit can comfortably sleep 6.

Modern amenities include free Wifi, Cable TV and long-distance telephone calling, Flat Screen TVs, Bose Speakers and Stereo.

Please note that the rental fee does not include $160 cleaning fee. Security deposit may be required, based on length of stay. Please inquire.

Wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs

We have been visiting Palm Springs for 35 years now and this was on the best properties we have had the privilege of staying in. The condo is open and airy with light colors and very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well appointed, we were able to bake cookies and because I like to cook every night we ate very well and at home. The pool is close. The lanai is pleasant, blocked from view of the neighbors, and nicely landscaped. We stayed for 6 weeks and had a grand time. I highly recommend this condo for your Palm Springs visit.
