Beautiful North Shores Beach Home - Great deck with views that go on and on

Beachfront Townhome which sleeps 8 (10 using sleep sofa), 4 full baths and outdoor shower, wonderful oceanside deck. Private North Shores Beach is right out the back door. Beach Club with pool and tennis conveniently located across the street. State Park with miles of hiking and biking trails is a half mile away. One mile from Downtown Rehoboth and its fabulous restaurants, shops and Funland. The house has lots of living space and a large dining room table which seats 10, a comfortable living room and a smaller table with an ocean view. The main floor opens to a deck overlooking the ocean and just steps from the beach. The deck has a large table for family dinners as well as couches and chairs for relaxing. Additional temporary tables are also available. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom faces the ocean. The main floor has living space, dining room and kitchen as well as a den with a pull out couch. There is a full bath on the main floor as well. The bottom floor is walk-out and has a bedroom and another full bath. The large washer and dryer are also on this floor. The outdoor shower is just out the front door. Recent updates to the house include new windows, new lvp floors, ocean side new one level deck, and new street side deck and upgraded shower. There is an elevator as well.

It’s the best

This is the only place we’ll stay at the beach. The house is PERFECT, the beach is 50 steps from the back door, and there is plenty of space to eat, relax, and play. Can’t wait to visit again!

The location of this property was fantastic. I loved being able to walk one direction to the boardwalk and the other direction to the state park. The proximity to the ocean was great. We loved the set up of the house. We all felt comfortable. My granddaughter loved playing with the doll house in the children’s room. We also enjoyed having bicycles on site we could use. Wonderful stay to celebrate a family birthday

We loved staying at this property to celebrate our son's 10th birthday. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but still close to Rehoboth and all the shops and restaurants we love! Loved the deck and being right on the beach. The views from the primary bedroom are stunning and we loved have enough space inside the house to spread out, or get together to play board games. This was a wonderful property for a great getaway as a family!

Dream stay

Emily is a fantastic and caring host with a fabulous property to match. My family has stayed here twice since 2019 and it has only improved on near perfection. You cannot beat the views nor the locale and Emily hooks you up with whatever you could possibly need (including an impressive library of books for beach reading). You can't beat it, don't hesitate to book.

Perfect in every way

We booked the townhouse for a week of family reunion. Spread among several houses, the family wandered in and out for days, and at times, this was the favorite landing place. From the close-to-the-ocean views to the living/casual dining space, there were art projects and memories made.

This beach front townhouse had a terrific layout that was very comfortable for our family of five. The home was outfitted with everything we needed and was a short drive to Rehoboth. We also loved the easy access to the state park. And the view? Perfect.

Best first family beach trip

We were so grateful to have our first family beach trip here, as our 2-year-old had never been to the beach before. We loved the views, the different living spaces, and just being able to go right outside to play or for a walk along the water. 5 adults and 1 child were very comfortable here; the home was so welcoming and well-cared for. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Mother’s Day vaca

Loved the ocean views from the house!! Wonderful location! In just a few steps, grandchildren were able to play in the sand. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Great living spaces too. Loved the family pics throughout the house, felt like we were in a home rather than a rental. Emily was very accommodating.

Our favorite home away from home!

A beautiful home right on the beach! The views from the huge windows are amazing. The sunrises are amazing - we take pictures each year - always different - always amazing! Perfect for our family with two elderly grandparents both with mobility issues. Emily is an excellent host and we return each year. This beautiful home has everything you need for staying in but is just 1.3 miles to downtown Rehoboth restaurants and shopping!

A wonderful week at a wonderful property!

We had another great week at this wonderful property! Such a great location in North Shores - just a short drive 1.3 miles to downtown Rehoboth an amazing restaurants but the home is well equipped if you choose to stay in and cook. It is just steps to the beach - and the views from the deck and the amazing wall of windows can't be beat. Emily is an amazing host and always super responsive if we have any questions - check in and out and instructions are super easy. Our whole family loved their stay at this great home!!

Incredible Location

This property has an incredible location!! Close enough to downtown and literally on the edge of wilderness. Property manager was unbelievably helpful and responsive throughout entire visit —as well as prior to the visit. If you like hiking and biking but also want access to restaurants and entertainment, this property has it all. And, you can’t get any closer to the ocean!

Beautiful House!!!

The property was amazing with stunning views!! I love that there are games and things to do on rainy days. The toys, especially the dollhouse, was a huge hit with my almost 3 yr old granddaughter. Beautiful house, Came with everything you would possibly need (except for sheets) or forgot, nice beach, close to everything and quiet neighborhood.

Ocean on doorstep. You can hear it and Feel it. It is very healing. We were there for Christmas. It was quiet and peaceful. The home is lovely and has beautiful original artwork. Perfect. 10/10

Great location, great house, great host

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we’ll definitely go back. It’s right on the beach and has great views from the huge windows! I loved watching the sun rise from bed. There’s plenty of space inside with two large tables that seat 8-10 each and the host even stocked the extra soft toilet paper. It came with bikes, access to the courts which we used for pickle ball, and a really fun kids room upstairs. Any time we needed something the host got back to us right away. It’s only a few minutes by bike from both Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth Ave. This place has literally everything you need whether you want to relax inside or play on the beach.

Perfect Relaxing Beach Front Birthday Getaway

My stay at this property was a dream. Perfect location, well maintained and a super responsive owner, Emily, who definitely made the whole check in/Out great. I booked this late September trip as a getaway for my birthday. It ended up just being me as my guest caught COVID from work travel right before. The location of this property made it a dream. Morning Sunrises, Evening Sunsets, Dolphins playing, and just hearing the waves at night all made this my perfect birthday retreat. Everything was clean, inviting and just felt like home. It was close enough to downtown and the boardwalk that i enjoyed shopping and some nice meals out. Overall, I am so happy I chose this as my spot for my celebration. Of course the impending Tropical Storm Ophelia made me leave a bit early but that is the risk for a late September beach trip - a trade off for less crowds, warm waters and fantastic temperatures. I would definitely rent here again soon! Thank you for allowing me to experience Rehoboth from your home!

A Few Days in October

We enjoyed the townhouse just not the weather 35+winds and rain. The views toward the beach were wild. The lady morning we got on the beach picking out Mano shrimp and putting them back in the water. Hope to visit again.

Sibling trip

The property is in a wonderful location. The views are spectacular. My 3 siblings and I - all seniors- really enjoyed the coziness of the house which was perfect for walks on the beach, closeness to town and space inside to enjoy time together. Emily, the owner, was responsive to the few needs we had. A great week in Rehoboth Beach!
