We had a really nice stay at the villa. The pool was great as was the seating around the pool. The jacuzzi was well loved. Location was also very handy - we tended to go about using Bolt taxis but the bus routes were a short walk away as were very good shops and supermarkets. The villa was very spacious and 8 of us were able to "fit" in very well. The kitchen was well appointed but the fridge/freezer would benefit with a defrost. It would, however, benefit from a bit of TLC and disposing of some of the bric a brac lying around and the photos are old and should be updated. As we are all house owners, we were able to do some minor repairs/fixes eg broken door handles, shower selector in upstairs bath, lights. The wifi was a little confusing - the PW supplied didn't work on any of the routers provided - just use the ones on the bottom of the router. We also reported some damage that occurred during the storm towards the end of our visit.

The house was very clean but the outside furniture has definitely seen better days. The outside cushions were very worn and threadbare. The host was very obliging and helpful.

We felt that some features of the Villa were tired and of need of a refresh. It's situated in a lovely picturesque quiet area. We had a couple of lovely BBQs by the pool.

We had a really nice stay at the Shells in middle of juli 2026 and one week. The house is great, the rooms are great too.Lovely sircondition in all rooms. It was so hot in the week we were there.Very nice and big pool, but as other reviews have stated, there were only 3 cushons for the 6 sunbed and we were 6 people. The ones that were there was old and with holes in them. The host was very sweet and send us new the same day, but it would make the whole experience more fullfilled if they were there to begin with, just like in a luxury hotel, which the price compares to.In my opinion, I would love single bed duvets and if they were more light, but I think thats a culture thing. But overall a lovely stay with nice restaurants in the area.We used Uber and Bolt to get to the Beach and to the restaurants that was a bit away, and Wolt for shopping and lunch.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Shells. It is a beautiful spacious villa with stunning views at the front and private back garden with a fantastic pool and hot tub. The villa was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials in the kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent and we were made to feel at home. The villa is located less than 10 minutes walk from supermarkets and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at The Shells and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor issues but these should be easily addressed. The pool was lovely and we used Bolt for cars to local places to eat. Would recommend
