Amazing villa in an amazing location

We hired this villa for 4 months from 1st February to 31st May! We had a few teething problems when we first arrived as had not been rented out over the winter as had been newly refurbished last summer. The managing agent Jose Ana could not do enough for us! As soon as we called her she was at the villa the same day to put right! I cannot highlight enough how professional & helpful she was! The villa is well equipped, beds are extremely comfortable & there is plenty of out door space with the pool and unbelievable view being the main attractions. The location is amazing with the Old Town 10 minutes away & 15 minutes from the sea front. Altea is the most prettiest of towns along that stretch of coast! I would definitely recommend this villa to families or adults only and we will definitely be back.

Très belle maison au pied du vieil Altea

Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines dans cette jolie villa. Nous étions 10 et la villa était parfaitement adaptée. Un bonheur d aller à pieds découvrir ce village (cœur historique d Altea reste un incontournable). Vue de la maison dégagée sur la mer et l église très appréciée permettant d avoir un sentiment d oxygène!

Beautiful

Amazing villa has everything you want.it is peaceful and a little walk away to all amenities would recommend highly, the views are amazing from the villa, thank you for letting us stay here loved it.

We apologize because the complete reform of the house has just been completed and there are still some photographs that we will be uploading along the month of June as we receive the rest of furniture: terrace, the sofa, etc. The pool with water will be seen before May 20th.

Why they chose this property

The villa is located in a very quiet area named San Chuchim inside the town. We are 5 minutes drive from the sea, with a beautiful beach. You can find supermarket, bar and restaurants just a few steps away. The villa is only 700m. from the beach and the port of Altea, 5 min. by car from El Albir and only 7 km away is the popular city of Benidorm with its 7 km of sandy blue flag beach. There are plenty of good amusement parks for the little ones like Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and TerraNatura just 15 minutes by car.

What makes this property unique

Newly renovated for summer 2017. The pool and relax areas, there is also covered garage and extra parking at the door.
Wifi, electricity, water, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
