Point Reyes – Beaches, hiking, wildlife watching, scenic drives, and dramatic coastal landscapes.
Bodega Bay – Fresh seafood, beaches, golf, kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, and seasonal whale watching.
Highway 1 – Turn your coastal drive into an adventure with beaches, overlooks, small towns, and plenty of spectacular photo stops.

Late summer and fall were made for Tide Pool—fewer crowds, gorgeous coastal weather, beach adventures, game-room battles, BBQ dinners, and hot-tub sunsets overlooking the Pacific. Stay 3 qualifying midweek nights September through November and pay for only 2!


DOG GUIDELINES
$125 fee per dog
Dogs must be crated if left unattended
Please keep dogs under control around the property and surrounding neighborhood

NO PARTIES — Private Community w/ HOA & Security/ No On-street Parking
Max 10 people day or night — NO drop-in guests or gatherings
4 cars max — NO on-street parking (HOA rule)
Dogs only — $125 per dog — crate required if unattended
NO smoking/vaping of any substances in home — outdoor smoking restricted to concrete surfaces
Please be mindful of water usage
Turn off all outside lights when not in use

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
