Casa consigliata per vacanze rilassanti

Posizione ottima_ vicinissima alla bella e pulita spiaggia di Nisporto-adatta per i cani giardino recintato grande,attrezzato e curato consigliamo riparazione dei condizionatori anche se con i ventilatori si sta bene e qualche piccola manutenzione generale .vonsigliata citorner

Ferien in Nisporto

Für uns ideale Villa mit 2 Wohnungen, auch für die Hunde sehr angenehm, sehr praktisch auch die Nähe zum Strand. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Kontaktperson sowie vom Eigentümer. Leider waren alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Nisporto im Oktober schon geschlossen, der einzige Negativpunkt!

Bella proprietà vicina al mare, spiaggia di sassi abbastanza estesa. Mare bello soprattutto per chi ama fare snorkeling.

wonderful vacation in a great house

We came to Elba for the first time and stayed in Cesares house in Nisporto. We were 2 families with 3 kids each between 2,5 and 8 years old and the house was just perfect. Since it is 2 separate flats we had privacy but shared the upper kitchen and the terrace as common living space. The flat downstairs was only for sleeping, it is little less cosy but perfectly fine too. There is plenty of space, a big terrace, a barbecue and a garden. Its a 4 minute walk to the beach, which is very nice and not too crowded. The kids enjoyed snorkeling for hours. The house is clean, the rooms are big and the kitchens are sufficiently furnished with big fridges. Communicating with Cesare was easy from the beginning and we had all the information we needed upon arrival. Other nice beaches in the area are within a 20 minute drive, as is the bigger supermarket COOP too. A small store with daily fresh bread is 2 minutes to walk. We could have stayed longer, it was relaxing and perfect for our needs. Maybe it would be worth fixing the aircondition downstairs, as it was very hot in august. Otherwise it was perfect. Thank you very much! I hope we can come back soon!
