The home has a formal living room with large fireplace, entertainment bar and Brazilian Cherrywood floors, a huge fully stocked gourmet style kitchen with breakfast bar & walk-in pantry, a cozy family room with large flat screen TV with a huge comfortable U-shaped couch and plush carpets, a triple car attached garage, a large game room with TV, pool table, and a complete fitness center with weight machine, cardio stair master, and dedicated TV to play work-out videos. The large laundry room is in the lower part of the house and serviced by a laundry chute from all levels.
