This semi-detached farm cottage is near Westward Ho! and the town of Bideford and can sleep up to six people in two bedrooms.
The cottage is one of three self-catering farm cottage are positioned on a working farm surrounded by countryside and close to the beach and coastal resort of Westward Ho! The cottage has two bedrooms and one shower room and can sleep up to six guests. There is a family shower room and separate cloakroom. A kitchen and breakfast room leads into a cosy sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside guests have use of the shared gardens and BBQ area and a children’s play area. There are three fishing lakes on site (permit required). Close by within 2 miles there is a shop and pub/ restaurant and the vibrant coastal resort and sandy beach of Westward Ho! just 3 miles. Ideally placed for a family break The Cottage makes a great choice.
Amenities: Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Wifi. Fuel and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and Towels inc in rent. Cot and high chair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden and grounds with BBQ. Shared play area. Fishing available on-site (by arrangement, licence required) One pet welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times due to livestock £30 p/w. Sorry, no smoking. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
