New luxury apartment with beautiful sea view! The apartment is located in a quiet Unesco protected nature park, but also very close to the beach, Lerici city center and many attractive tourist locations in both Liguria and Tuscany.

This apartment is for max 6 persons, is of high quality with all the luxury you need inside as outside. It is 80m2, has 3 bedrooms, 1 separate toilet, 1 big bathroom with washing machine, outdoor shower and private garden of about 70m2 and private terrace of 80m2. The apartment also has access to large communal garden with swimming pool.

Lerici is a scenic town with nice boulevards, beaches, restaurants, shops, cinema, golf club, tennis clubs, public swimming pool etc.

Close to tourist attractions in Liguria are the Cinque Terre (5 Terre), Parma, Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rappollo, Lerici, Tellaro, San Terenzo etc.

You are also very close to tourist attractions in Tuscany, such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte Dei Marmi, Viareggio, Livorno etc.

Great views and location

The property is very well positioned for the area, the road is very tight on the way up so advise a small car. The property was comfortable with great outside area and access to the pool and garden, just a couple of things would have improved it like more mirrors and kitchen equipment for those who cook

Höhenlage mit grandiosem Blick

Leider hat uns die Zufahrt zu dem Haus nicht gefallen. Steile Zufahrtstraße nur einspurig mit Ausweichmöglichkeit und das letzte Stück zum Haus sehr eng. Die Wohnung an sich ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings müsste hier und da in den Ecken/Badfugen mal etwas renoviert werden. Dafür entschädigt der sehr schöne Blick auf Lerici. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter und Kontaktperson war super.

Unterkunft mit beeindruckender Aussicht!

Schöne Unterkunft mit wundervoller Aussicht, sehr ruhig gelegen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung in Ordnung, Sauberkeit war nicht ok. Es sind wie so oft die vielen "Kleinigkeiten" die in Summe ärgerlich sind, daher nur drei von fünf Sternen. Der untere Pool bietet gute Abkühlung, der obere Aufstellpool ist etwas wärmer, aber die direkte Umgebung des Pools ist nur provisorisch befestigt und ist sehr unaufgeräumt und unfertig. Es fehlt die Fertigstellung. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil und sehr ,sehr eng!! Ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus. Räume verfügen über Klimaanlage. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort hat super geklappt. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte und schöne Unterkunft, trotz der "kleineren" genannten Mängel.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub im Oktober

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub im Oktober. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist atemberaubend. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos. Wie empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Sehr schönes Appartment in wunderbarer Lage bei Lerici

Absolut ruhig, mit grandiosem Blick auf Lerici und die Bucht von La Spezia. Alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Sommerurlaub braucht. Und das in einer schönsten Gegenden Italiens !

Magnifique endroit !

L appartement est moderne , décoré avec goût . La vue est fantastique . Sur le côté de l’appartement il y a un jardin : très appréciable pour les parties de mölkky 😉 Le jardin est splendide , la piscine est nettoyée chaque jour . Nous sommes restées deux semaines durant lesquelles les 4 logements étaient loués . Notre crainte était de partager la piscine : nous n y avons jamais été trop nombreux , au contraire bien souvent nous avions le sentiment d avoir la piscine et le jardin pour nous seuls (en plein mois d’août 😉) . Enfin la personne qui s’occupe du logement sur place , la charmante Joke, est juste adorable et bienveillante à l égard des vacanciers !

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort und schönem Interieur!

Das Haus mit seinen Ferienwohnung läßt es an nichts mangeln. Die Lage oberhalb der Bucht von Lerici läßt einen an heißen Tagen zur Entspannung kommen. Die Gartenanlage erlaubt es auch, ohne sichgegenseitig zu stören, Zeit im Freien zu verbringen bei einer herrlichen Aussicht. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, war aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben eine ganz tolle Woche in Lerici verbracht, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat tadellos geklappt. Auch die von ihm vorgeschlagenen Tipps waren toll. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung abseits von Lerici. Die Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck, checkin und Aufenthalt völlig problemlos. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung.

Traumhaft schön!

Wir (2 EW, 3 Jugendliche, 1 Kind) konnten uns fast zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Domizil in der Nähe des schönen Städtchens Lerici erholen und total entspannen. Eine traumhaft schöne Lage. Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig erbaut und eingerichtet. Alles neu und sauber. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stilvoll und schön. Wir konnten den Besitzer kennenlernen, der ein paar Tage auch anwesend war. Ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Mensch. Auch die Übergabe durch Francesca und Roberta war perfekt. Wenn etwas fehlte, haben wir nicht lange darauf warten müssen. Insgesamt ein gelungener und toller Urlaub. Dieses Haus können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Familie Grün (Allgäu)
