Large villa with private pool in quiet area
land 512 m2, house: 240 m2. swimming pool: 4m x 8m x 1. 3 m. A lovely house built on the slope of a mountain. Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom with a spa bath and a separate shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 is downstairs by the pool and has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. all bathrooms have both an ordinary and a rain shower head. all rooms have their own air conditioning. Upstairs you walk from both bedroom 1 and from the living room onto the large balcony that runs to the carport. From this balcony you get to the outside stairs at the swimming pool (4x8m, 1.30m deep), the downstairs rooms and the garden.

Fantastic villa with great pool!
My family of 5 had a great time here. The villa has a lot of space and a great lay out. The pool and grounds are nicely maintained. We would definitely come again :)
