Excellent location in residential area with several tourist villas, very quiet location. Located 400 m from the Oura near the Bullring. Suitable for 4 people with the possibility of two more people in Sofa bed in the Living Room. House totally renovated and very well equipped. Suite with double bed and WC, bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower other with bath and 1 toilet in the ground floor, kitchen, living room and dining room. Next to the kitchen, outside there is a cozy terrace, to take meals, with a barbecue, for a beautiful end of day. In the backyard has a shower to cool off and two loungers to relax.

Advantage of its location, do not need to use car to be active in the local day and night life, everything can be done on foot.
Nearest beach Oura beach about 1.5 km, 10 min. on foot.
Close to public transport, supermarket, restaurants and bars. 30km from Faro airport. Amusements, Aqualand, Zoomarrine, Adventure Park, Adventure, Aquashow among other water parks.

Smoking is not allowed, only outdoors, and pets are not allowed.

Nous avons passé 15j dans le logement de Carina. Tout était parfait. Le logement ne manque de rien il est même très très bien équipé pour une location. Les literies sont très confortables. La communication avec Carina a été vraiment très facile, elle a été très arrangeante. L emplacement du logement est conforme aux indications mentionnées sur l offre (10-15 minutes à pied des commodités). Nous recommandons ce logement.

Royaal Portugees huis met veel trappen.

We hebben een fijne tijd doorgebracht in het huis van Carina. Zij deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Op de site was niet vermeld dat het huis veel trappen heeft en dat viel ons erg tegen. We zijn 80 ers en niet al te mobiel. Na bemiddeling van Corina hadden we BVN en veel andere zenders, zodat er nieuws en sport gekeken kon worden. Met behulp van electrische kacheltjes was het ook in de avond aangenaam. Portugees huizen zijn vaak van beton en dus erg gehorig. Heel veel buurtbewoners hebben honden en die vormen vaak een luidruchtig koor. Daar moet je van houden. Ook de vogels kunnen er wat van maar hun concert verveelt nooit. We hadden een abonnement op de GIRO bus en maakten er fijne tochten mee. Een aanrader. Met het boodschappenkarretje is het makkelijk winkelen. De Aldi is op 10 minuten afstand lopend bereikbaar. De bushalte is dichtbij en de bussen gaan 2x per uur.Om in de zon te zitten zijn er 3 plekken waar dat goed kan. Via de keukendeur is er een heerlijke buitenruimte met eettafel waar het goed toeven is. Daar is ook een bbq. Al met al hebben we 7 weken mogen genieten van deze plek. .Een

We had the most wonderful time in Portugal spending 10 days in this lovely apartment. Everything was as described and even more spacious than we were expecting. As has been said in other reviews the property was very well equipped. For us the location was perfect too as it was not too far from the beach but not too near The Strip. We got around a lot by walking and then when too hot or too tired we used Ubers which were very efficient and for a few days hired a car to explore a little away from the coast. Carina was an excellent host from beginning to end and we would highly recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Casa Luisa Beautiful. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped making it a real home from home. The location of the villa was perfect. It is situated in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also made use of the free swimming pool at nearby Roberto's pool bar... which was great for keeping the children occupied. Carina (owner) kept us well informed prior to our stay and messaged to check that everything was ok whilst we were there. We loved our stay!

Wonderful home, spotlessly clean, incredibley well quipped

We stayed at casa luisa for 5 and a half months...the most well equipped house we have ever stayed in and upon arrival it was spotlessly cleaned ...nothing was too much trouble for carina, despite her living two hours drive away... the terraces off the main bedroom and lounge room were a great place to soak up the sun..and the back terrace had a lovely bbq... All the appliances such as fridge freezer and washing machine are new and the shower in en suite pumps out wonderfully hot whenever you need it ... Back garden is a sun trap... and it is walking distance to the supermarket and many cafes and local bars....all a short walk away... Getting into albufeira town is about 20 min walk down hill and very pleasant..then you can get taxi or tuk tuk back if you don't fancy the walk....we walked back at least twice a day....and I do not like walking in particular so its extremely doable in our opinion. We stayed from November 2018 to April 2019 and the only reason we left is because we relocated to living in Madeira..we cant thank carina enough for all she did for us....even introducing us to the wonderful neighbours Antonio and Beatrice...who helped us out so many times...he speaks very good English...as does carina.. The kitchen was extremely well equipped... The lounge room spacious and the beds comfortable... All in all we had a wonderful time at casa luisa... Thank you so much carina..we miss you!
