Bien situé décoré avec soin
Un lieu très agréable et un accueil de la propriétaire Mara très chaleureux.
Un appartement tout en longueur avec un petit balcon qui permet de profiter de manger dehors.
Une salle de bain spacieuse et bien équipée.
Chaque objet, chaque tableau semble avoir été choisi avec soin.
Il manque toutefois un fauteuil confortable pour se reposer.

Appartement romantique avec quelques épines.........
Superbe appartement , situation idéale dans un magnifique immeuble Art Nouveau à proximité départ croisière et gare.
Très bon accueil de Caterina.
Attention , la description des équipements ne correspond pas à la réalité sur place et peut vous valoir quelques désagréments :
Pas de garage, pas de parking lié à l'appartement. Les places de parking dans les rues adjacentes sont réservées aux résidents.....
Pv et fourrière vous guettent.
Stationnement possible ( si vous trouvez une place ) à 800m dans un parking free sans aucune suveillance à l'opposé du port et de la gare.
Pas de four si vous pensez manger sur place.
Nuisances sonores (ascenseur, chien du voisin la nuit )

EXCELLENT SEJOUR DANS CE TRES BEL APPARTEMENT
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce très bel appartement, extrêmement bien placé dans le quartier historique de la Spezzia, tout en étant au calme.
Tout a été parfait et l'accueil de la propriétaire excellent.
A refaire avec grand plaisir.
