A first floor barn converted apartment set close to Kirk Ireton in Derbyshire, it can sleep three people in two bedrooms.
The Ivy Cottage is a first floor barn conversion set close to Kirk Ireton in Derbyshire. It has two bedrooms comprising of a king size and a single, there is also a single sofabed in the sitting room, there is a shower room and the cottage can sleep three or four people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is ample off road parking, The Ivy Barn is a stunning cottage in an excellent rural location with walks and cycle routes in the area.
Amenities: Fully air-conditioned Air Source heating. Electric oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot on request. Ample off road parking. Large storage area for Bikes if required. Shared use of fields and paddock area with seating area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: No smoking is allowed in this property.

Nearby Wirksworth is a town on the edge of the White Peak, full of character with buildings of architectural interest including a church. Visitors will enjoy exploring the ancient jitties and courtyards, and the National Stone Centre, as well as the countryside including Carsington Water and the High Peak Trail. Rock climbing and cycling can be enjoyed herel, there is good walking. Well Dressing is unique to Derbyshire, and Wirksworth combines this tradition with a lively carnival.
