Beautiful apartment with small garden. Very comfortable and well equipped on the side if a beautiful Rio. The apartment was not my original choice but VRBO found it for me when the original host cancelled at short notice because of a double booking. The apartment was in a quiet area, far from the scourge of mass tourism, and we were met by a delightful young lady who was clear with her advice and instructions and was accessible and helpful particularly in arranging taxis to and from the airport.My wife and I have visited Venice on more than 50 occasions and we usually stay for at least two weeks though this time it was for only 11 days. We visited familiar places, avoided tourists and reconnected with friends we have made over the years so we are, perhaps, not typical tourists.

Très brlle adresse pour amoureux d'une Venise Authentique

Très bonne adresse. Parfait pour un séjour à deux. La décoration est claire moderne. C'est de bon goût. Quartier essentiellement fréquenté par les vénitiens.

Ein Traum !

Wer diese wunderschöne Stadt bereist und eine wertige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen ideal und sehr wertig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Giansergio hat bei der Auswahl der Objekte einen wirklich guten Geschmack bewiesen. Zudem ist er immer erreichbar und für alle Fragen offen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir mochten die Lage im Biennale Viertel, da es dort sehr ruhig ist. Man in 5 Minuten auf der Straße mit wunderbaren Lokalen und Bars...zu Fuß braucht man ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Markusplatz, nutzt man das Vaporetto geht es etwas schneller. Also alles in allem "ein Traum" und wir kommen gerne wieder. Anntte & Gerd aus Köln
