The Villa is nestled in the green scenery of olive groves on the hillside with breathtaking views in all directions from Rome to the Sabina Mountains. You will be welcomed in a villa in a comfortable independent apartment which benefits from its own private terrace with barbeque and stunning sunsets for al fresco diner. Located just 8 km from the town of Passo Corese, with all amenities, including the train service which is directly connected to Rome and the Fiumicino International Airport.
Only for short lets up to 30 days.

From our property you can visit a region full of interesting archaeological areas, historical
and natural sites (Rome 40min, the Farfa Abbey 10min, the Tivoli Gardens, the Bracciano Lake and Castle, etc.) or reach the famous Tuscany and beautifull Umbria regions are within easy driving distance.

An excellent and relaxing stay

Our stay has been extremely well. Jette and Antonio are such friendly persons and so helpful with any questions, we have felt really welcome. The Pool and the view from Pool Area is unbelievable. The location is close (~10min) to Passo Corese where train drives to Rome. The temperature in our flat has been really ok, despite several days above 38 degrees during our stay. Rooms were clean and for us everything was just very fine. We definitely will come back if we visit this Rome area again.

Fantastisch

Warm ontvangst door Jette. Gezellig appartement, schoon en een heerlijk zwembad met een fantastisch uitzicht. Fijn contact met Antonio en Jette. We hebben genoten van Jette’s kookkunsten, verwennerij op het terras met prachtig uitzicht en goed verzorgd mede ook door Antonio.

Fijne, mooie vakantiewoning met zwembad.

Wij vonden de vakantiewoning top. Heel goed uitgeruste keuken en alles keurig schoon. Zwembad met ligruimte is geweldig. Het huis is wel wat verder weg van toeristische attracties, heerlijk rustig dus! Hele aardige eigenaren die zelf hier ook wonen.

Wonderful position in the Monti Sabini with an excellent pool

The Monti Sabini is a rather undiscovered region in Italy. The landscape is really beautiful. The swimming pool is quite big and offers a panoramic view over the hills. Rome is at 45 minutes driving. We went up there 3 times. This is an excellent home to visit Rome, but there are many other smaller and bigger villages to visit in the area as well. The hosts are very friendly and speak fluent English. The appartment itself is actually half in the basement level of the house. The terrace at the house doesn't offer a view, but thanks to its position the appartment remains very cool (even without airco) which is very nice in summer. Overall, a very good experience and an really good price/value ratio. We might come back.

Super fijn verblijf gehad! De omgeving biedt veel leuke mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes (ook met kinderen). Antonio was heel behulpzaam en had veel goede tips voor ons. Wij zouden deze accommodatie aan iedereen aanbevelen!

Ein Urlaubsort, den man sehr gern wieder aufsucht.

Zum 2. Mal waren wir in diesem wunderbar gelegenen Ort zu Gast. Erneut genossen wir die entspannte Atmosphäre vor Ort und die Ausflüge in die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung. Unsere herzlichen Gastgeber versorgten uns mit fundierten Besichtigungstips, die alle Erwartungen erfüllten. Auch Rom konnten wir wieder durch die gute Anbindung (Zug / Metro) besichtigen. Ticket (BIRGEin Urlaubssort, den man gern wieder aufsucht.) im Cafe gegenüber dem Bahnhof erhältlich. Ein Urlaub, der alle Erwartungen erfüllte.

Perfect place for a getaway

We had really nice time, all worked perfectly inside and outside as well. Hosts were so friendly and we felt like we were visiting our family in Italian countryside. Children loved the pool. Village close-by had all we needed from takeout pizzas to well equipped supermarket. We highly recommend this place!

Casa Vacanza

Here are some pros (+) and cons (-) : + Beautiful, clean and practical apartment + great beds + beautiful pool area and garden + The owners were really kind and helpful + Lots of beautiful hillside villages nearby - It was pretty hard to find to the apartment and there was some errors on instructions - The furniture at the patio was poor and dirty at least compared to indoor furniture - The broadband internet connection didn't work after our first day. It was promised to be fixed but nobody fixed it during our stay - We wondered what might have been that disturbing and loud banging noise coming probably from the valley.

We are Sorry that you had difficulties finding our location as it is not a common issue. We also recommend to use Google Maps as it works just fine We are Sad to read that you thought the outside furniture not as clean as the inside furniture. Unfortunately, the outside tables and chairs might present signs of usage due to the external agents that cannot be "cleaned away”. Nevertheless we appreciate your comment as we know what to update for next season Unfortunately the internet did not work for any of us during those days, and we are Very Sorry. To ensure a more stable connection we have decided to move from broadband to Satellite technology Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see again soon. Jette and Antonio

Wonderful vacation in the Sabinien hills

We had a fantastic week. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout the week. They gave us lots of useful information. The pool area and the view was fabulous. Eine herrlicher Urlaub, wie unter Freunden.

Wir haben 3 Wochen Rom und Umgebung vom Standort Colle Belvedere aus erkundet und profitierten von den guten Ratschlägen von Jette und Antonio. So haben wir nicht nur die typischen Touristensehenswürdigkeiten gesehen, sondern auch viele, uns bisher nicht bekannte, historisch sehr interessante Orte gesehen. In diesen 3 Wochen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem sehr gepflegten Anwesen, fern der Hektik der Großstadt Rom und doch so nahe. Wir wurden sehr herzlich betreut und haben von der Vielsprachigkeit der Besitzer profitiert. Wir möchten uns den gute Bewertungen der Vorgänger in vollem Umfang anschließen. Alles war top, und wir werden sicherlich wieder bei Jette und Antonio einkehren, wenn uns der Weg wieder nach Rom, zu den historischen Städten der Etrusker, Römer und Renaissance Villen führt. A pool with a view

We loved our stay on top of the hill at your beautiful residence. It is absolutely perfect for a relaxing day at the pool enjoying the splendid view of the Lazio hills and small villages. It is well situated close to many of the favorite points of interest. The owners are very friendly, well-informed about the area, and give you so much privacy that it feels like you’re staying at a private villa. The apartment has everything you need.

Vacances au soleil d'Italie

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, dans cette location. Nous étions 7 personnes (2 adultes et 5 ados). Rome est à 3/4 d'heure en voiture et en 1 heures de train vous êtes au pied du colisée. Antonio et Jette sont des personnes charmantes, sur qui vous pouvez compter pour vous donner des idées de visites, dans la région.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location...au calme, dans un endroit splendide, avec une piscine très agréable et des propriétaires charmants toujours pr^ts à rendre service et à vous donner les bonnes adresses. En plus, Rome est assez rapidement accessible en train, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de cette superbe destination. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr.

"D'abord, un grand merci à "Super A." pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité, et, tous ces très bons conseils, (pour aller visiter Rome en train, déguster des pizzas uniques dans un cadre magnifique, etc...). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, au calme, dans une belle propriété, située sur une colline, près de Passo Corese: logement bien équipé et confortable, piscine bien entretenue et bien aménagée et, jolie vue panoramique. Conseil: pour accéder à la propriété, prendre la route de derrière, car uniquement 250 mètres de chemin, à faire en voiture."
