The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of two double bedrooms, kitchen dining area and a Pergola area via the French doors. The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons, we do not allow hen and stag parties. Both bedrooms have TV for relaxing after your day by the pool. The master bedroom has ensuite, where as the other double bedroom's toilet area has a walk in shower. This part of the accommodation is where the kitchen / sitting area can be found. From here you move on outside to the Pergola area. Moving on outside you will find the barbecue and pool area. This is truly luxury accommodation and Marly the owner is justifiably proud of the facilities on offer which is why guests come back year after year and look on it as their second home. Please check all the reviews to find out what makes this place just a little more special. Marly always meets her guests personally and they receive a welcome pack to get their holiday started.
We are situated in the quiet residential area of Cerro Grande close to the heart of beautiful Albufeira's old town. The old town is only a 15 minute walk away to the main square with its bars,restaurants,and live music. Leading off from the square the beach is only 5 minutes away. Another 15 minutes in the other direction is the wonderful Marina where you can book your boat trips, electric go-karting and entertainment for the children. The Marina also has many different types of restaurants to cater for everyone taste and of course many bars with live music. Arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. Please be aware, there is now a Tourism tax of 2 euros per night Per person, which can be paid to Marly. Children under 13yrs are excempt. The Villa has just had Air Conditioning installed.

We had a fabulous time at Marlys villa. Marly was a fantastic host who was always just a message away. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The villa itself is in a great location. 10 mins walk from old town and marina. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Fans are provided as there is no air con. The pool and outdoor area is great. We stayed at the pool most days as there was lovely relaxing loungers provided. It was particularly warm during our stay so we were thankful for the parasols. Thank you Marly for a fantastic holiday. We would love to return!

Excellent Villa in an excellent location

We were met by the lovely Marly at the villa (Peter collected us from the airport) who showed us around the villa and gave us some useful information. The villa was perfect! Everything that you needed had been thought of and supplied. It was the little touches too - Marly even supplied bin bags which in other villas we have had to buy ourselves, and suncream if we needed it! Marly changed the towels and linen mid stay but there were spares, including beach towels in the wardrobes. Plenty of plug sockets too. The photos do not do the villa justice. The master bedroom and en-suite were huge. Both double beds were very large and comfortable! Plenty of hangers in the large wardrobes. The kitchen was well quipped with plenty of utensils etc. The internet was fast and reliable. The pool area was kept very clean (Marly came several times to clean and check the pool water) the sun beds were comfortable and there was a proper BBQ, although we didn't use it. The pool was refreshing and large enough for us to sunbathe on our lilos. The location was excellent, a 15 minute stroll to the old town or beach and 5 euros for a taxi and 10 euros after midnight. There is an Intermarche 10 minutes stroll away and also an Aldi 10 minutes by car (Peter was very helpful and took us there on our arrival - thanks Peter!) Marly was very helpful and nothing was too much bother. We had a most enjoyable and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend!

Wij zijn in mei 2019 in deze woning geweest en hebben hier een prima vakantie gehad , even lopen naar de supermarkt , en iets verder naar het centrum van Albufera , of de Haven Nette woning met ruime slaapkamers en badkamers, goed ingerichte keuken , barbecue, lekker zwembad, leuke gastvrouw . Er is hier van alles te doen en te beleven in de omgeving, ga een scooter huren en je komt overal , een minpunt de warmwater voorziening heeft een gebruiksaanwijzing maar werkt verder wel goed.

Villa Vista Marina - great location, villa and host!

Villa Vista Marina, we enjoyed a 10 night stay during August as a family of 4, with two teenage children. The Villa has generous room sizes, both upstairs and down; very well laid out with a high standard of furnishings in each room. With two bathrooms, one of which was ensuite to the master bedroom both equipped with showers there was always plenty of hot water, important with 2 teenage children. Everything was catered for, we normally take 'extras' such as fans or everyday items, but none were needed, as Marly had provided everything during our stay both inside and outside of the Villa. The Villa was meticulously clean with regular towel and bedding changes as required. The pool was kept to a very high standard as were the surrounding gardens, which were beautiful. Marly was on hand for any questions we had and nothing was too much trouble for her. The location was as described. The Marina and nearest bars and shops only 10 mins away, with the Old Town main square a 20 min walk, as such we did not need a car and enjoyed our walks through the various streets of Albufeira. We would not hesitate to go back.

An enjoyable family holiday in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Vista Marina mad even more special by the kind attentions of Marly. We were greeted at the door and she made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location was excellent with the Marina 5min walk or a Taxi into the old town being no more than 5 euros. The pool was adequate (although a little cold due to the recent weather) but once in was perfect. The villa was spotless well equipped and well maintained. I travelled with my family ranging from 21 years to 8 years and my elderly mother who all really enjoyed their time there. We travel to area frequently and tend to stay with relations but would recommend to anybody and will be staying again.
