Welcome to your own private oasis! Enjoy this gorgeous 1330 sq.ft. home tucked away within a gated, resort-style community that was voted the Best Master Planned Community in America. This two bedroom, two bath home is part of a quiet, quaint and safe neighborhood. Anthem Golf & Country Club provides a private world of unparalleled beauty, recreation and fun. The Sonoran Desert, saguaro cacti and beautiful foothills provide a lush backdrop.

Take a dip into your very own pebble-tec pool with cool decking or relax and enjoy the wonderful Arizona weather by the soothing waterfall.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a 32” flat screen HD cable television, the ensuite with double vanities has a walk in shower, soaker tub and separate walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds. In the Family room you’ll find a 43' flat screen HD cable television with DVD & Blu-ray player as well as a home theatre stereo. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in Great Room, Dining Room & Bedrooms with tile in Kitchen & Bathroom areas.

Enjoy cooking a gourmet meal in your fully stocked kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances or BBQ outside on the built in gas grill whilst watching the sunset, while relaxing on the patio.

Discover the best Arizona community to spend your vacation. Conveniently located, Anthem is approximately 30 minutes north of Sky Harbor airport on #17 highway. Scottsdale is a short drive South and Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff is an easy drive North. The Grand Canyon is also within reach, it is an easy drive of approximately three hours. Anthem is also close to Lake Pleasant Regional Park which is a large outdoor lake and recreation area. If shopping is of interest The Outlet malls at Anthem provide over 300,000 square feet of incredible shopping and if you want to catch a football or hockey game it’s a quick drive to the Glendale entertainment district.

The Anthem Country Club boasts two, beautiful, desert golf courses, Persimmon and Ironwood, both of which are private, there are however over 20 public courses within a 30 minute drive from Anthem.

We have stayed multiple time at this warm and relaxing property. It continues to be a great experience filled with relaxation and peace. Love the new flooring and ease of check-in! Property owners are always exceptional to work with and very responsive. We recommend purchasing the gates access (for vehicle) as it makes it easier to access the community gate.

Everything about our stay was perfect and as expected. The area was safe and the people were friendly. The property was kept up very nicely. We did most of the sight-seeing they had suggested. We hiked, rode bikes, toured, golfed and enjoyed the wonderful sunshine. We definitely would come back.

The property was wonderful and communication with the owner was great. The manager could have given us more orientation to things, but she was in a big hurry at check in. We were told she was "off to another job". She didn't check back with us until it was time to leave.

Wonderful outdoor space

We love the gated community of Anthem. The house was perfect for the 2 of us, a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The backyard is awesome with a covered eating area as well as comfy chairs for reading & an amazing pool. The owners as well as the property manager seem accommodating, even though everything was perfect & there was no need to get a hold of anyone. We would definitely enjoy staying here again, thank you!

Our only complaint was the weather and I'm pretty sure the owner had no influence on that. :-) We found the owner to be very easy to work with and his property manager went above and beyond (especially when we locked ourselves out of the house with both sets of keys inside!). The unseasonably cool weather prevented us from being able to utilize the pool, but the location was gorgeous. We paid the extra $25 for a transponder making it much quicker and easier to get into this gated community. Anthem has so much to offer. The community park is huge and the Veterans Memorial is a must see. An outlet mall and other shopping are just minutes away. Due to the weather we didn't hang around the house as much as we expected, but we found plenty of other things to do within less than 30 minutes of home.

Another great stay at a terrific home

This was our second stay at this wonderful home in the past year. Our son and 2 grandchildren live in Anthem, so this location is perfect for us and allows us to spend time with them. The home again exceeded all our expectations. It has begun to feel like a home away from home for us. Karl and Janet have maintained their home in excellent condition and have provided all the amenities we needed during our stay. Because of the cooler weather we chose not to heat or use the pool, but found plenty of sunshine to enjoy sitting on the back deck. We cannot say enough great things about Karl & Janet and how responsive they have been to any of our questions. They have been terrific to work with. Also, we want to thank Janet Potter, who manages the home for the Bursnells, for her responsiveness to any questions we had. Fabulous home and pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home for the month of May 2018. It was absolutely perfect for us and within 5 minutes of our son and his family. It enabled us to spend more time with our 2 grandchildren. The weather was fantastic and the kids absolutely loved the pool and so did we. The home and pool are very well maintained. The owners, Karl and Janet, have tastefully furnished the home and have provided every amenity that we could possibility have needed. They were fabulous hosts and were very responsive when we needed anything. We were able to contact them at any time and when we did they responded within less than 24 hours. We are Canadians who love escaping the cold and traveling south to soak up the Arizona sun!! We purchased this wonderful home in 2011 and have spent many fabulous vacations relaxing by the pool. It really is a private Oasis.

Why they chose this property

Anthem is wonderful master planned community, it's close to everything but just far enough away from the hustle & bustle so you can truly enjoy a relaxing vacation. Our home is located in the gated Anthem Country Club, it's private and very quiet, you can sit and relax in the mornings drinking your coffee on the patio or star gaze in the evening's.
