This Nihilani unit is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath, air conditioned Hawaiiana style condo. The open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, and a spacious dining room. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2 full baths, a full laundry room, and a small office space complete the layout. Outside the dining room door you’ll find a 200-square-foot lanai outfitted with relaxing furniture. An attached 2-car garage offers private parking and easy and direct access to the house.

The Nihilani complex has a beautiful pool area that includes a Jacuzzi and large and relaxing BBQ area. The free form pool has two levels, the upper level covered by a large cabana. If you're looking for a beautiful luxury home in one of the most breathtaking places in the world, this is it.

Nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, tennis and golf. Nililani 16A also includes 2 cruiser-style bikes (adult) for your enjoyment. Just down the road is the St. Regis where you can take in the most beautiful sunset while enjoying cocktails or dinner.

It's a unit on Nihilani, which is right in front of Bali Kai. The unit is as shown in the pics. Garage with remote. AC working perfectly. Full kitchen, full stocked garage with beach accent and 3 bicycles. Very well cleaned and maintained. 2 suites. It's much better than Bali Kai, if you find something in Nihilani, just book it.

Comfy and Convenient

We truly enjoyed this rental, and while the weather was not the most ideal, we made the best of our stay. We took some beautiful walks straight from the condo, and driving everywhere was a breeze. There were inflatable mattresses there which was super helpful and everything else you’d need to set up shop.

The kitchen is top notch - everything you need to cook, which we did a lot of - and the living area and lanai were very comfortable. Location wise it really doesn't get any better - quiet nights and a short walk to the cliffs or down the street to Hideaways beach. The pool/BBQ area was great. Plenty of bath and beach towels, the laundry setup was great (we were there 11 days and it allowed us to pack lighter,) and the garage was loaded with beach supplies - pop up tent, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and more. Highly recommend this fantastic getaway place.

Perfect Paradise Getaway

The home was even better than pictured! All our needs were met- good sized rooms, comfortable beds and linens, stocked kitchen, bikes, beach chairs etc. (One snorkel set wasn't useful, but very minor issue!) Location is right off the main highway, in Princeville - which made for super quick trips up to Hanalei for Jojos shave ice (best on the island). Rental company and owner were a breeze to work with! Highly recommended! And will rent again when we return!

The home is spacious, well kept and very clean. Access into the ground floor condo is a breeze from the garage. Well equipped kitchen making it easy to stay in for meals if desired. The master bed offers a great sleep after an active day on the Northshore. The pool area is lovely and the grounds well groomed. Nice walk down to the St Regis Resort for incredible sunset views over Hanalei Bay or walk the other direction into Foodland, cocktails or ice cream! We felt it was a great value for the area and look forward to returning someday.

The owners have thought of everything. They have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. This condo is very clean and well maintained. Very nice floor plan with good separation between bedrooms. It is very convenient to have the garage attached to the unit, so walking was minimal. Comments: Nihilani We have 35+ years of experience as time share owners, VRBO renters and Vacation Club members. We recognize quality accommodations and service. We certainly found it when we entered the Nihilani Resort at Princeville, Kauai. While located inland there was no mountain or beach view but provided some solitude and relaxing atmosphere. The resort was well maintained , beautifully landscaped with a great pool area complete with a water fall. Our unit was 1,400 sq ft of spacious living, nicely laid out with the living and dining room overlooking the deck. Tastefully decorated, well furnished kitchen, large bathrooms, one with a large walk in shower. There was a desk for the computer. Usually we have to set up on the dining room table. Once you get settled in you notice the little things you don't usually find in a rental. Cookies in the refrigerator. Ice cube bin is full There were spices provided and kitchen supplies: foil, zip bags, etc. We have a garage - no more getting into a hot car. In the garage were: beach chairs beach toys beach umbrellas and a beach tent bikes Recommend this place to everyone.
