A beautiful traditional cottage with a cozy atmosphere and filled with little details.
The kitchen is huge and is stacked with everything you need. A supermarket is not far away (5 minutes by car, 10 if you walk) - ideal for a family holiday in which you don't want to eat out every day.
We had a great time and the communication with the landlady was easy and quick. We would come again!

It is always nice to be reassured that what we are doing is right, this review does that so thank you very much for it. Very helpful to future guests to know the kitchen has all needed. We would welcome you back anytime!
Cottage was ultra clean and comfortable. Beds were SO comfy! The hostess, Ali, was so kind, thoughtful and caring. We didn't have transportation but the bus stop is right outside. Perfect. We are elderly so we were careful on the stairs. Ali assured us there were railings and there were. We would love to stay again if the opportunity arises.

Didn't live up to the photos!
We decided not to stay. We found the property to be small, very dark and not that welcoming. Given it was dog friendly, the only outdoor space was a tiny paved area, not at all suitable. The cottage is right on the main road so very noisy. I don't know how the photos were taken but they don't reflect the very small and dark front room for instance. The info calls the small double room 'king size' but I don't think it is. Not for us. After a 1.5 hour drive, we turned around and went home. In credit to the owner, it was spotlessly clean. However, no welcome basket either - no loaf of bread, tea/coffee, milk in the fridge, etc - so the first thing you have to do on arrival would be go shopping! Such a shame.
