Appartement très bien situé mais propreté à revoir

Appartement idéalement situé au cœur d'Orta, avec vue sur le lac, idéal pour les séjours de découvertes de la ville et des environs. Nos hôtes étaient à l'écoute et disponible. L'accueil s'est très bien passé, l'appartement nous a bien été présenté et tous les échanges se sont très bien déroulés avant et pendant le séjour. L'appartement, spacieux et bien agencé était idéal pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Le point négatif était la propreté de l'appartement, qui n'était pas au niveau. Le ménage avait été fait trop rapidement (poussière sur le canapé, paillettes et poussière sur les meubles), et la vaisselle "propre" a dû être relavée avant utilisation, ce qui était compliquée car il manquait éponge et liquide vaisselle. La mise a disposition d'un aspirateur aurait été appréciée, ainsi d'ailleurs que des équipements de base comme sel, poivre, sucre, huile. En réglant ces détails (équipements de base et propreté) l'appartement sera parfait.

Cozy apt in historic centre

Compact apartment. Cobblestone and steep stairs needed to get there (part of the charm). Stayed there during heat wave and it was very hot inside. The apartment is on the top floor and has large lake-facing windows. The bedrooms upstairs are partially wall-less, meaning that just curtains separate them from the main living area. If you are into wine, the bar downstairs is excellent. Walking distance to great swimming spots and water sports rental shop. The town itself seemed very touristy. We found the hills above the lake nicer. Great restaurants and waterfall swimming. We had very good communication with the hosts, both when we were running late the first day and during our stay.

Charming apartment with lovely views of Lake Orta

A lovely clean, comfortable apartment with superb facilities and excellent views. We were made very welcome by Carola and Veronica who ensured we had a holiday to remember, which we did. The apartment is centrally placed and close to the main square with all its lovely restaurants and bars. The building, although old, is full of charm and character and in excellent condition. Thoroughly recommend and look forward to returning one day, Mary & Roger.

Wohnen in einer wunderschönen Wohnung mitten in Orta mit Blick auf den See, herrlicher Ruhe (keine Autos), sehr netten hilfsbereiten Vermietern, was benötigt man mehr, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.
