We had a wonderful stay in this apartment on a family trip to Roma. Fantastic location near a busy piazza with tons of fun places to eat and things to do. Nearly all major attractions in the city were under a 30 minute walk. The apartment was comfortable and clean; communication was excellent. Elevator was a huge plus on the fourth floor in the summer heat!

Great location, nice, clean, roomy apartment. 4th floor apartment, elevator was a bit tight to carry luggage up, but doable with a few trips. Good AC in hot Rome summer. Easy to get around to different hot spots with walking or taxi or uber.

Excellent location. Not even a block fromPiazza Navona. Bus stop outside the front door. Beds very comfortable and excellent showers. With the heat wave my only complaint would be the ongoing texts and emails about the air conditioning. We did always turn it off when leaving to conserve energy but some evenings and days were very warm and wanting it to be a little cooler would have been appreciated.

Property is as stated - “nice”. Don’t expect much beyond a spacious place to stay. Not ideal for Romes summer heat as it is on 4th floor and is hot. Elevator is available but it takes 1-2 person max. Although it does have air conditioning they are dated and take a moment to cool down the apartment . Top loft area may be too hot to sleep in intense heat. Many stairs for those concerned with mobility. The location is great, the communication very good with professional management.

Thank you for your feedback. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. The apartment being on the fourth floor is clearly stated in the listing. We always encourage guests to carefully read the property details before booking, particularly when specific accessibility requirements are involved. The air conditioning is fully functional and regularly maintained. As you correctly noted, the apartment is spacious and has very high ceilings. As basic physics teaches us, warm air rises, so it is perfectly normal for the loft area to take longer to cool, particularly during periods of intense summer heat. This does not mean the AC is outdated or malfunctioning. Regarding the elevator, you had the benefit of staying in a historic building equipped with an elevator—a genuine rarity in Rome’s historic center, where many historic buildings have none at all. We therefore find it difficult to understand why this feature is presented as a disadvantage rather than an advantage. As with the fourth-floor location, the elevator’s characteristics are part of the property and its building. Finally, if mobility is a concern, we strongly recommend checking a property’s accessibility and suitability before booking, so that you can choose accommodation that fully meets your personal needs. We are pleased that you appreciated the excellent location and our professional communication, and we hope these clarifications provide a more accurate picture of the property.

My husband and I, with our three teenagers, loved staying in this apartment! It's location was great for roaming Rome, with so many restaurants and cafes nearby and close proximity to Campo de Fiori and the bridge to cross over into Trastevere. The apartment was comfortable and roomy enough for the five of us when we needed some down time. The only issue we had was with one of the keys not working in the main door, but because we had two sets we made it work. I would definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay in Rome!

Location is excellent!Shower in the master bathroom did not drain well and because how the shower is placed in the bathroom there is a hazard that water may flood to the bedroom. Otherwise the apartment is as posted.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Rome. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms (one in a loft) and two bathrooms, which made it very comfortable for our family.The location is unbeatable — right in Piazza Navona with excellent restaurants just steps from the front door. You’re within a 30-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Vatican, and Colosseum, making it easy to explore Rome on foot.The area feels safe and quiet at night, while still lively and vibrant during the day. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we would absolutely recommend it.
