Casa dell' Ulivo Antico is a well located and very spacious property with an Annexe and a lovely back garden that is enriched by an ancient olive tree, comfortable outdoor sofa seatings .

The property is located in one of the most sought areas of Viareggio, with its peaceful streets, provides easy walking access to all amenities(beach, park/pinewood, shopping area) and services(supermarket, railway station) of this beautiful seaside city.

The house not only has a large living room with 2 sofas(1 sofabed),a fully equipped new kitchen , 2 spacious double bedrooms , 1 bathroom with bath/shower, but also benefit of an Annexe with another kitchen with fireplace and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
The property has air conditioning.
To complete there is a lovely patio & back garden that is enriched by an ancient Olive tree surrounded by comfortable outdoor sofa.

The property can accommodate comfortably up to 8 people (3 double bedrooms + 1 sofa bed); it is child friendly, ideal for families, or group of friends.

The bedrooms are all spacious with wardrobes, and each of them can be arranged with double bed or 2 single beds to best suit our guests needs.
Bedlinen and towels are provided at no extra cost.

Baby cot bed, travel chair and high chair are available. Bicycles can be rented from nearby park at very convenient weekly rates.

-Well located in the heart of Viareggio city centre
-10 mins walk from the renowned Passeggiata (promenade) and its beaches
-5 mins walk from the park/pinewood
-5 mins walk from the shops and italian best supermarket (Esselunga)
-10 mins walk from restaurants area
-7 mins walk from the Viareggio railway station
- only 20 mins drive from the Pisa airport

Amazing host

Alberto was amazing from beginning to end. Once I booked, he reached out personally introducing himself and asking about our plans. He made recommendations for everything: places to visit, eat, rent bikes, beaches etc. During our stay, he was like a concierge service. Whatever we needed, he was happy to help. That included ordering taxis, getting a dinner reservation and renting a car. The apartment is a great location and big. Our teen loved having her “own” apartment. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. We easily walked to supermarket, train station and the beach. There is a huge park very closeby. But Alberto made it special. He knows everyone and genuinely is invested in his guests having a wonderful time. I highly recommend staying with Alberto in Viareggio if coming to the Tuscan coast!
