Villa au milieu d’un parc naturel, EZE Sur le chemin de randonnée de Frédéric Nietzsche, exceptionnel pour sa beauté et sa vue sur la mer, notre villa (avec piscine privée), située au centre d’une réserve naturelle. Une place de parking fermée et gratuite vous est attribuée puis Il faudra marcher 10 minutes pour se rendre à la villa, le parcours est un peu sportif. Vous découvrirez la faune et la flore sauvage de la région. La villa est juste en dessous du célèbre restaurant La Chèvre D’Or. Le village d’Eze est à 6 km de Monaco et 8 kilomètres de Nice. C’est l’endroit idéal pour renouer avec la nature. La fraîcheur naturelle des arbres vous protégera de la chaleur de l’été.............

Merveilleux séjour en famille

Merveilleux séjour en famille dans cet endroit à la fois insolite et magique ! Nous avons tout apprécié : l'agencement, la déco pensée et parfaite, les terrasses en teck, l'immersion dans cet environnement naturel, le bruit de la cascade non loin, la vue magnifique et j'en oublie ! un grand merci pour ce moment ressourçant et hors du temps...

Familienurlaub in der Natur

Das Einchecken lief durch Bekannten der Vermieterin (leider nur in Französisch ) mit einem 15minütigen Abstieg über den extrem unwegsamen, erschwerlichen Wanderweg. Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön, aber relativ einfach ( vorallem in der Küche) eingerichtet. Es gibt viel nette Ecken, die mit Sitzmöbeln ausgestatten sind- allerdings sind diese durch das Wetter und wenig Pflege nicht mehr so einladend. Auch könnten durchaus mehr Liegen und eine gerade Sitzbank am Esstisch draußen zum längeren Verweilen einladen. Insgesamt ist das Häuschen sehr schön gelegen- mit Wald ringsum in der Natur. Schade, dass ein 40 minüter Fußmarsch zum Meer nötig ist- damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet- und die Parksituation in Eze eine Katastrophe ist (viele Touristen & viel zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten) wir sind jedes Mal 30Minuten bergauf zum kostenpflichtigen (12Euro pro Tag) Tennisparkplatz. Da überlegt man sich jeder Fahrt... Die Betten im Objekt sind sehr bequem und der Blick sowie Ausflug zur Burg sensationell.

Sylvia, Ab Oktober 2023 ist das Parken im Dorf für meine Kunden kostenlos, ich habe einen Parkplatz gemietet, leider konnten Sie ihn nicht nutzen. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie den Wanderweg nicht schätzen, ich verstehe nicht, warum Sie mein Haus mieten, wenn Sie wissen, dass es in der Mitte eines Naturparks ist? Sie hätten die Anzeige lesen müssen, bevor Sie buchen und mich so setzen nur 3 Sterne. Es gibt 3 Liegestühle und Holzterrassen rund um den Pool, Sie hätten sich in den Wald setzen können, wie es die einfachen Menschen tun. Die Gartenmöbel sind neu, können die Kissen ein wenig verfärbt sein, wirklich leid! Ja, ist es eine Bank am Tisch? ist das ein großes Problem? Der Kühlschrank und der Gefrierschrank sind klein, ich gebe zu, aber es war notwendig, sie nach Hause zu tragen und größere zu heben wäre nicht machbar gewesen, sonst ist die Küche komplett, alles ist da... Das nächste Mal sollten Sie eine Wohnung in der Stadt mieten, es wird mehr nach Ihrem Geschmack passen, herzlich, Diane

Séjour mitigé

Maison agréable, au calme et dépaysante mais plusieurs points ne nous ont pas permis d’apprécier notre séjour: - avant même l’arrivée la propriétaire nous a téléphoné à plusieurs reprises en nous accusant de vouloir saccager la maison. Elle nous a indiqué que son voisin surveillerait notre comportement depuis sa maison et n’hésiterait pas à appeler la police. Le ton était très agressif, absolument injustifié et à fait planer un sentiment de malaise général pendant notre séjour. Ce comportement est incompréhensible et inadmissible. Par ailleurs, avant la validation de la réservation la propriétaire avait négocié à la hausse le prix de la location car nous n’avions réservé que 3 nuits. - des équipements sont à revoir: le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas, réfrigérateur et congélateur non adaptés pour 7 personnes, la cafetière ne marche pas, la piscine était à nettoyer à notre arrivée, etc. - la localisation précise de la maison ne nous a été indiquée qu’une fois la réservation faite (chemin de randonnée difficile, en pente avec des marches, pour lequel il faut compter 10-15min de marche avec sacs). Un service de livraison de courses devrait être proposé. - pour le stationnement la propriétaire nous a conseillé un emplacement au-dessus du musée fragonard comme étant un endroit public sans risque, sauf qu’il s’agit de l’entrée privée d’une résidence où les propriétaires (heureusement compréhensifs pour nous) nous ont indiqué qu’ils était en droit d’appeler la fourrière.

Chère Anne, Vous avez organiser une fête alors que c'est interdit! Mon amie vous a aidé à porter plus d'une vingtaine de bouteilles d'alcool pour seulement 3 jours!!! il y a de quoi s'inquiéter!!! Sans parler des courses, pareil ,20 sacs, c'est normal que le frigo soit trop petit !! Votre commentaire est très injuste car l'on vous a aider à porter vos affaires etc... Concernant le nouveau parking, il ouvre le 17 juillet, il n'y aura plus de problème de stationnement.

tolle Lage und phantastische Aussicht

das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete moderne Haus steht auf den Grundmauern eine alten Ölmühle und liegt direkt am Nitzsche-Wanderweg unterhalb von Èze. Lage und Aussicht sind, wie die Fotos zeigen, wirklich phantastisch. Erreichbar ist das Ferienhaus nur über den Wanderweg, der über Treppen von Èze zum Meer führt. Man braucht ca. 5 - 10 min. Für uns war das absolut kein Problem. Das Auto kann in Èze problemlos parken. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten jede Menge Platz. Für 7 Personen wird es allerdings schon etwas eng. Der Pool ist nicht allzu groß, aber für eine Abkühlung an einem heißen Tag optimal. Alles in allem verbrachten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
