Ideally located on Verdun Avenue, the Plaza Terrace is just 200 m from the Promenade des Anglais, the pedestrian street and its restaurants.

It is a large, contemporary apartment recently renovated and air-conditioned, spanning 110 square metres. Moreover, it is situated in a 5-star hotel in the heart of Nice. The rooftop is of course accessible, where you will find the "SEEN", a restaurant & bar offering a unique culinary experience with an internationally inspired menu.

Location Comfortable beds Rental linens and towels good quality Great view from terrace Attentive staff at hotel lobby Good coffee machine Nice to have a small supply of coffee/ dish soap etc left for us Easy key pick up and drop off Able to enter a couple of hours earlier on arrival day Needs to be painted: lots of peeling paint Poor water pressure in shower of bathroom with washing machine Very few utensils to cook with Need more knives for cutting etc We know this is beyond your control: loud construction next door starting at 8 am and lasting most of day
