About this property

Villa 13/14 persons, swimming pool, exceptional view. Possibility for 15/16 people

We welcome you to our villa, on the hill of Eau Blanche, in an independent air-conditioned room for 2 people, with either a double bed (180 x 190), which can be separated into 2 twin beds (90 x 190) . An adjoining bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC is reserved for you.
A second bedroom adjoining the first can also be made available to you for an additional fee: you will then benefit from a real "suite" of around 30 m2, with direct access to the terrace where breakfast can be served .
We also have, upstairs, another bedroom with bathroom with WC, for 2 people (Queensize bed 160 x 200) overlooking a private solarium with breathtaking views of Cavalaire Bay and Cap Lardier.

You can also take advantage of our 10m x 5m heated swimming pool and its vast beach, located on our land of over 2000 m2, or relax in the shade of pine and cork oak near your suite. .

excellent home for extended family location

The location is a peaceful idyllic setting with huge pool and sun all day. he house has a fantastic layout for multi generational or multiple families and many utensils for large family meals. it is on a hill up high so nothing close to walk to but you can walk down the hill to the beach. the beach at the bottom is our favourite with beach bars and sunbed hire. food is fantastic in town with a great supermarket for all your needs. st tropez is 20min drive but our fa ourour place is port grimaud - little venice!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Wir reisten mit 4 Kindern (5-8 J.) und 9 Erwachsenen. Besonders genossen haben wir: -Grosse Poolanlage mit toller Aussicht -Sitzplatz mit wunderschönem Meerblick -Haus mit viel Platz -Top ausgstattete Küche! -Barbeque Grill Was uns aufgefallen ist: - zwei Duschköpfe waren defekt - Jalousien im Wohnzimmer waren defekt (kein Schatten bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung) Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können sie Unterkunft empfehlen.

Wonderful house with great views

We have had a lovely 2 week stay in this house. We where a group of 13 people including 7 children from 1-15 years and the house where well fitted for a company of our size never feeling small and the rooms and location worked well for all of us. The area is nice even though the best beaches are 20-30 min drive away but there are plenty of them all around.

Herbsturlaub in Cavalaire

Ein so wunderschöner Ort! In diesem Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, alles war hervorragend ausgestattet. Der beheizbare Pool (25 grad) war wunderbar, somit konnten wir im Oktober (22 grad Außentemperatur) ihn sogar noch nutzen. Ein perfekter Ort um mit Freunden oder einer großen Familie zu verreisen, wir waren dort mit 12 Personen im Alter von 2-50 Jahren. Selbst für die kleinsten ist alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zu jedem Zeitpunkt hervorragend. Wir bedanken uns uns kommen gerne wieder!

Un maison superbe pour un sejour parfait !

Cette maison est encore plus belle que dans les photos, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La piscine et les terrasses sont très belles, et nous avons pu tous manger dehors ensemble (un groupe de 12 personnes). La maison est très bien équipée, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Les chambres sont très bien et les lits très confortables. C’est vraiment la maison parfaite pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille, je serais ravie de pouvoir revenir un jour !

Très belle maison, bien située.

La vue est magnifique et la maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons profité des terrasses et de la piscine. Nous étions 11 personnes, 9 adultes et 2 adolescents.
