It was a great spot with a nice view. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Rachel was great to work with, and responded very quickly to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Pool was wonderful and definitely a highlight. Kitchen was well stocked with dishwares, appliances, etc., and we appreciated the Welcome Package. We gave a 4/5 for value because the exterior area is a bit worn: Stained/well used outdoor furniture and cushions, broken umbrella and the pool and outdoor furniture were not clean upon arrival (which Rachel rectified immediately once we told her). We would classify some of the interior furniture as "basic", but it was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again and do recommend this rental. Note: we did have my 89 year old mother-in-law with us, and while she is very agile, she did have some difficulty with the number of stairs and found the marble shower floor slippery.

Great week in the sun

Fab villa in a great location. We booked at very short notice for a last minute week in the sun. Anna and Rachel were brilliant at communicating everything and looking after us. Had a lovely holiday. Well equipped villa with gorgeous views.

Nice property in a good location

A nice villa in a good location for the beach and restaurants, well equipped with everything you need, a little tired in places, but this doesn't detract from the stay. Pool and terrace are lovely. Lots of stairs to access the property and there is an apartment below, so maybe not ideal for folks with less mobility. Large garage for parking.

Dear Paul, Many thanks for your review. We hope you had a lovely stay. It would be wonderful for everything to be brand new. We replace furniture and equipment with regularity, redecorate and do everything we can, short of total refurbishment, to keep Beltierra at its best. Our local staff are presently some of the best we’ve ever had. We’ve found that once the doors are open, the pool is in full flow, the BBQ is beckoning along with the breathtaking views and the short walk to town, beach, bars & restaurants all add up to making Beltierra feeling that it’s pretty much just as good as ever it gets! Everything was absolutely fantastic!

Wonderful and spacious house, with the heated pool being a true highlight for us! Please note that arrivals after 8 p.m. may incur an additional charge, a detail that wasn't mentioned in the description—fortunately, this didn't impact our stay. Aside from that, everything was splendid.

Great stay

This is a nice apartment with a villa feel. The main terrace is amazing with a superb pool. Its about 1.6 m deep. The interior is a very homey style and you will find everything you need in the house. There is alot of stairs up and down in the house. The garage is great and can fit any car. The beach is close (650m) and totaly amazing. Restaurants are great and located along the beach.

A+++ rating

From the very first point of contact with Anna I knew this was going to be an incredible trip. The villa was exactly as pictured, with breathtaking views of the sea from all 3 bedroom balconies and from the terrace by the pool. It is in a great location, only a 5-7 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and the beach where all sorts of water-sports are available. A lady called Rachel who manages the property went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and we even got a little welcome package on arrival. If you are looking for a modern villa with all the mod cons in a beautiful location over looking the sea but close enough to walk to all the action, this won’t disappoint.

A Spectacular Villa in La Herradura

We had a wonderful holiday at Beltierra Villa. It is a spectacular property with a beautiful view, an amazing pool and terrace over looking the sea with the most remarkable sunsets. The very large terrace has many lounge chairs and cushions, a conversation set, a small and large dining table and a bbq. The interior is as beautiful and inviting as the exterior. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The three bedrooms also have their own terraces. The owners have provided a comprehensive information guide about the villa itself as well as restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. Both Anna, the owner, and Rachel, the property manager, were exceptional and communication with them both was excellent both before and during our stay. We can’t wait to return !!

Lovely villa

Schöne Villa mit tollem Blick

wir waren eine Woche vor Ort uns haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Strand mit vielen Restaurants ist in 10Min bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, hat eine sehr schöne, große Terrasse mit vielen Liegen und sonstigen Sitzgelegenheiten. Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr gut.

El anuncio se corresponde 100% con la realidad. Hemos estado una semana y al final decidimos estar un día más porque se quedó corto. Magníficamente ubicada en la urbanización de la Punta de la Mona, un sitio top. Muy cerca de la playa... pero es muy completo mobiliario y el menaje y te invita a no salir

Excelente casa para unas vacaciones en familia

Hemos pasado unos maravillosos días en Familia. La casa es muy comoda por ubicación y distribución. La piscina tiene una lona que la cubre automáticamente y con niños es muy cómodos. Repetiríamos seguro.

Doesn’t disappoint

Location is great for walking back to the beach and restaurants. All the conveniences present in the house. Plenty of space for larger groups by including the apartment, which sleeps another 6 people.

Brilliant holiday villa

I came here at the beginning of June with my family and was extremely impressed with this Villa; it was very light, spacious and airy with all the amenities that you would need in a self-catering property. Cleanliness is very important to us and we just couldn't fault it, they have really thought of every detail. I loved the views from the Villa and the lovely feel that it had to it - it was truly beautiful and a very up-to-date property. The pool was the perfect size and the beach was just a short walk away for when we fancied the stroll and getting out for a bit. We spent quite a few lunch times and evenings at the Villa, having our meals outside, just relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views. The small town with its lovely beach bars and restaurants is just a short walk away or you can just grab a cab very easily if you prefer. The beach bar just at the bottom of the hill had an amazing BBQ all over the weekend - would definitely recommend going if you can. I loved the laid back and relaxed vibe both the town and Villa had, it was the perfect week away in the sun!
