In an ideal location, a lot of vegetation (shade and sun from morning to evening), quiet, little passage, eccentric 4 kms from the village where you will find all the necessary (restaurants, supermarkets, food, cultural entertainment, hiking .. .), only 20 minutes from Nice, close to the beaches less than 30 minutes and as much to reach the beginning of the mercantour valley. Close to Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Cannes, Italy (San Remo ...).
The chalet of 20 m2 is equipped to accommodate 2 people, 1 double bed.
The bathroom (shower / hot and cold water)) with toilet is in a small outdoor shed and adjoining the cottage.
Nearby, a summer kitchen (cold water only) equipped with a hob, microwave oven, electric barbecue and everything needed for cooking.
An above ground swimming pool of 3.50 of diameter, a ground of ball, ping pong table and various space of relaxation. All on a plot of 1500 m2 at your disposal. Free car location. Our friends are the animals are accepted (attention partially fenced field).
All for your exclusive use.
