Stunning one bed flat set in a period property. Situated moments from the River Thames in a quiet residential street. The double bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes, beautiful original period fireplace. With designer wallpaper and curtains, it is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in London. The lounge has a double sofa bed, 40 inch wall mounted flat screen tv. with over 40 digital channels to choose from, plus radio. There is also dining for 4 people. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher all intergrated, giving a sleek, modern finish. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you will need to prepare your meals. Luxury bathroom has top quality shower. Outside there is a shared courtyard garden, with table and chairs. Somewhere to enjoy your breakfast or a drink. Outside space is something of a rarity in the heart of London. With so much on offer, guests will not be disappointed.

We really liked Jan’s flat and found her very easy to communicate with. The washer and drying rack were very convenient. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been an extra bath towel each (only allotted one towel each for a four day stay).

Cozy well located apartment

Perfect for two with well stocked kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable bedroom with lots of storage space. Clean and quiet. Very convenient neighbor hood wth short walk to underground, several grocery stores and a selection of pubs.

Great location for our first trip to London! Appreciate the information packet ahead of arrival. Easy to use the tube from the airport with the given instructions. Only suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to use the washing machine. It is quite different than what we use in the states, and takes much longer to wash a load than we are used to. But, we figured it out and were great full to have it.

Perfect location to see the sights

This apartment was great for exploring the attractions by foot and was covenient to the tube as well. It was a bit cozy for 4 but worked fine as we spent our days out and about. No issues with noise from the pub next door even though we stayed over a weekend, and a lot of restaurants nearby.

This is a lovely flat in a great location. Walkable to grocery, pubs and Borough Market. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Stay

Very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to walk to local attractions such as the Globe Theatre or the Tate Modern, or to walk to nearby underground stations to travel to more distant attractions. Close also to pubs and grocery stores.

A Perfect London Abode!

I loved this flat. Very comfortable and well-appointed. I felt safer e and secure. Janet, the host, provided very helpful information with regards to how to get around. Close to Blackfriars metro. 10 mins to the Globe, Tate Modern, lots of dining and grocery stores in the area and great value. Loved this propertyGlobe, Modern Tate and Banksude!
