Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ammoyiali. The location is perfect—right on the beach, really private but still close to supermarkets and restaurants. The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and lovely modern property. Giannis made us feel really welcome and helped with any questions. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Absolutely amazing property

From the point of booking to our last day at the villa we had a 5 star experience with the booking agent and the owner Giannis. Absolutely beautiful property in a quiet location right near the beach.-

Outstanding!

This villa is beautiful in every way! The pool is a lovely size and warm despite no heating. The location is great with a 2 minute walk to the beach. A very peaceful and relaxing stay and just a short drive to local restaurants. Overall its one of the best villas we have stayed in and would visit again with no hesitation.

Beautiful Villa close to the beach

We had a fabulous and relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. Location is a short drive to the centre of Polis and is in close proximity to the beach. The amenities were great and the villa was very clean. Everything you would need for a lovely holiday. Giannis greeted us and was always contactable if required. We would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely property

We had a lovely stay here. The Villa is super. Well appointed with sea views and no immediate neighbours. The Villa is very spacious and of a high quality finish. Yiannis, the owner was very welcoming and came to the property to meet us and even offered to drive us around to show us where everything was in the area. If you want a quiet relaxing break this Villa certainly ticks that box. We would come here again

Amazing villa

On arrival we was greeted by giannis with a welcome pack, the villa is beautiful and well equipped for eight people and was spacious for us ( four adults three children), the villa is about 50 metres from the beach, and about 25 minute walk into polis square, we did hire a car which I would recommend,the pool was huge and kept clean by giannis, the surroundings are fantastic the kid's loved picking fresh fruit for breakfast, would definitely return to this property.

Lovely Villa fabulous location

We really enjoyed our girls trip to this villa. The location meant that we swam in the sea early every morning which was lovely. The pool is gorgeous. The owner was very pleasant and available when we needed him. A Very well equipped Villa the only negative was the bath towels which were extremely scratchy and dry but very good for exfoliation. If you like a soft absorbent towel bring your own. We bought beach towels from the supermarket which was a help. Would definitely recommend this Villa

Fabulous villa!

We are seasoned independent travellers and having booked many villas in various countries previously we do have high expectations. Our stay at Giannis villa was incredible….the space for our 3 generations was generous, the facilities perfect and the pools accessible steps and max 1.4m depth was perfect for young and old alike. The best bit? The short stroll to the deserted, natural beach at daybreak to see the hatchling turtles making their way to the sea. Incredible and such a privilege. We decided not to hire a car and used the local taxi company for all our needs. Reasonable rate to and from Polis for our evening meals. Our host Giannis was amazing and the most helpful host we’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend this incredible villa for luxury, privacy and inspiring sunrise/sunset experiences.

Fabulous quiet retreat in excellent accommodation

Very clean and well cared for property. Well equipped kitchen, everything we could need for self catering. There was only 2 of us but the property is very spacious so can obviously accommodate it's maximum number of 8. Brilliant large clean pool, maintained every few days in an non intrusive manner by the owner. Perfect location, sea view with 2 minute walk to the waters edge. Short drive into town for restaurants and a large supermarket & shops or a 20 minute walk, which we did on several occasions, although not suitable in the dark. Giannis the owner was readily available if we needed him, although we had no problems at all. Super friendly and he brought us round a delicious apple pie and a bottle of wine on our first day, in addition to there being a significant welcome pack on our arrival. Also the help and communication from the property manager/company in Cyprus was excellent. Most helpful. We would readily come back again and recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday but with amenities close by. Thank you Giannis the owner and Steven from the property letting company.

Another great stau

Our second trip to this wonderful villa. Can’t rate our experience highly enough from first contact with Stephen, the agent to check out where the owner, Giannis, came to say goodbye personally. The villa is quiet but in a beautiful location.

Beautiful Villa, Great Location

We're a family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) and stayed in villa Ammoyiali late May 2019. The villa itself is new, very beautiful and set within a fruit orchard. It is secluded with the nearest road being about 50 metres away, which had very little traffic. Overall a very peaceful setting. All bedrooms and living spaces have a sea view and, because the villa faces north west on the bay, the views at sunset are spectacular. It was just under an hour's drive from Paphos airport, with a pre-arranged people carrier taxi costing us 35 euros each way. The local beach directly outside the villa is nice and clean but has no amenities, so wasn't ideal for our young children. The nearest child friendly beach we found was in Latchi, a nice and mostly sandy beach about 10 minutes by car. Coral Bay was also a great beach about 40 minutes away. When we weren't at the beach the pool area itself was perfect for both playing and relaxing, with the swimming pool being quite large. Although not heated, the water was warm even by late May. We also had great fun at Paphos water park, about a 50 min drive. Polis town centre is 5 minutes by car, as are various amenities inc large supermarket, butchers, chemist etc. There are numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. We tried traditional tavernas in Polis and also beach front fish restaurants in Latchi and weren't disappointed. Car hire is suggested as the area is quite spread out. Thank you to the owner Giannis who organised a birthday cake for our eldest son during our stay. He was very helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. Overall we felt it a great property for both relaxing as well as exploring the Paphos area. We would certainly consider returning.

Traumurlaub am Meer und zwischen Orangenbäume

Toller Urlaub in einer schönen Gegend mit sehr netten Menschen. Das Haus ist neuwertig und für zwei Familien sehr gut ausgestattet. Großer Pool und die Entfernung zu dem einsamen Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Optimal für Ruhe und Erholung! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Bars und Restaurants in Polis und Latchi. Überall nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Giannis hat uns sehr nett empfangen und kümmerte sich liebevoll um das Haus und Pool. Er ist immer zur Stelle wenn er gebraucht wird und gab uns gute Tipps. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und gut betreut. Wir kommen wieder! Ioan und Family

Perfect Oasis

This villa is tucked away and is private and secluded. It is new, beautiful, and well-cared for. The owner is really helpful and kind. The short track to a quiet beach is really handy. Polis is a lovely town with the Art Cafe one of our favourite places. The access to the Akamas Peninsula and Mountains is excellent and Paphos is a thirty minute drive. This villa and location are perfect for a peaceful quiet break with nature all around. We loved it.

Fabulous modern villa with wonderful views of the sea

We were 2 families comprising of 4 adults and 4 children who stayed at Villa Ammoyiali over the October half term. The villa was fabulous: modern, clean, spacious and with great views of the sea. Each bedroom has an en-suite and either a balcony or a terrace. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a welcome relief when the temperature hit 30 degrees! The pool was pristine and was great for both the children and adults and was regularly cleaned by the owner, Giannis. The villa is surrounded by fruit trees, I loved picking a grapefruit for breakfast each morning. There was ample seating for all of us, inside and out, and as we ate outside every evening it was a welcome relief to discover that there seemed to be very few bugs around! I can’t praise the owner Giannis highly enough, he is extremely courteous and attentive without being obtrusive. Nothing was too much for him, he even gave us a quick tour of the local area in his car and often arrived bearing gifts of pomegranates and apple cake! Although we didn’t hire a car I would say that a car would be useful, as the shops and restaurants are about a half hour walk away. Overall I would highly recommend this villa as the perfect way to escape and enjoy a relaxing family holiday.
