Welcome to this beautiful house located in Sa Pobla.



From here, it is only 7 kilometres from the beautiful sandy beach Playa de Muro, which is 12 kilometres long. Here you are far from mass tourism and can find peace and relaxation.



The house has a habitable area of 140 m², is bright and tastefully decorated with modern furniture and offers sufficient space for 6 people. It has 2 floors and is equipped with 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds)

It has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and a guest toilet.

The living room with a comfortable sofa invites you to stay. Here you will find a flat-screen TV (satellite / cable) and a CD player. Internet / WLan is, of course, available. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The house also has a garage, where you can safely accommodate your bicycles.

All in all we really loved staying in the house!

We had a lovely time at the house! We spend 9 days there with two small children, and it was perfect for us that the small garden overlooked the pool so we could take turns swimming with the children. Furthermore, our host provided us with a bed and chair for our baby. The house has a nice location if you want to explore the northern part of Mallorca. All in all we really loved staying in the house!

Overall good but slightly charmless

- as other reviews said, is bigger than photos, plenty of room for family of 4 - decent amount of towels provided for family - knives were super sharp very useful for cooking, this is rare in holiday rentals! - good place for self catering family: good size fridge, dishwasher, several pots and pans, easy access to supermarkets if you have a car - cool box for beach is a nice touch and very useful - in a nice neighbourhood, we felt part of the community and away from the tourist traps elsewhere -A small spend on things like providing bin bags, hand soap in every bathroom and more dishwasher tablets would make a big difference to more welcoming feeling.

Maison conforme à l’annonce très bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Petit bémols sur la venue inopinée du propriétaire qui vient en prévenant à la toute dernière minute durant notre absence. L’agence immobilière en contacte n’a pas manqué de manière maladroite peut être que de me dire en gros que c’était comme ça et pas autrement. Pas franchement hyper confort mais c’était le seul épisode ennuyant.au delà de ça la maison est au calme absolu. La piscine entretenue tous les jours mais vieillissante.

Aus meiner Sicht immer der perfekte Urlaub. Kleines Dorf im Norden der Insel fern vom Pauschaltourismus. Super für Ausflüge mit Auto oder auch Zug. Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hier her.

Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter!

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es befindet sich mitten in einem Wohngebiet mit sehr netten einheimischen Nachbarn. Dies war für unsere Kinder besonders schön, da sie da mit anderen Kindern spielen konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man mobil auf der Insel unterwegs ist. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Pollensa und Alcudia sind in 20 min erreichbar. Wir haben von der Agentur Mallorca Charme auch gute Empfehlungen bekommen bezüglich Autovermietung und Einkäufe und sie waren sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter!

Très belle maison bien entretenue

très belle maison bien entretenue comme neuve dans un petit lotissement avec piscine commune. la plupart des résidents sont des locaux très gentils de tout âge. les enfants se sont faits plein de copains espagnols! super. l'accueil et la disponibilité de l'agence pour toute question se fait très facilement. il vous faudra un véhicule pour y venir et pour vous déplacer, le petit centre ville est cependant à 15min à pied.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Kindern auf Mallorca

Super Haus mit allem was man braucht. Auto ist aber sinnvoll zu haben um mobil zu sein. Jederzeit wieder :-)

Es una casa fantástica.

Super amblia y con una gran terraza-jardin, que da a la piscina. Perfecta para ir con niños. El wifi va bien, la cocina muy bien equipada, baños limpios. La piscina está perfecta, limpia y no está muy concurrida. Está a 10 min de Alcudia y Pollença, pero hace falta coche para desplszarse
