This very beautiful 220 m² house boasts of a large 5000 m² ground. It has been fully renovated in 2011 and is composed of 7 rooms including 4 double bedrooms, a dormitory for children (6 beds), an office, a living/dining room, an open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, a shower room and 3 independent toilets. All the bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the kitchen and the living room open onto a very large Southeast-exposed terrace shaded with an electric awning and where you can take or meals or simply relax in the sun. A large 11x5 m pool, located on the South side, is adjacent to the house and equipped with a fully fitted summer kitchen that is under the greenery as well as an awning that shades a summer dining area. There are many accessories such as loungers, parasols, water polo material, fins, masks, pool noodles, etc. at your disposal.

After a busy professional life and now retired, my wife and I enjoy our very peaceful house located in the mildness of the Provence that we love so much. We were company directors not so long ago so we travelled a lot. We gave our passions and our interest for sport and adventure to our children and our 10 grandchildren who often meet us for turbulent holidays in our islet of serenity and tranquillity.


Why they chose this property

After sailing during a few years around the world, we decided to drop anchor in Le Beausset. Why here? Simply because we were looking for a place by the sea to keep sailing with our boat that is our second favourite lifestyle and we succumbed to the charm of this house and the idyllic setting that surrounds it.
When you arrive on site, you are surprised by the silence even though the village of Le Beausset is very close with its shops, its markets, etc. The small ports of Sanary-sur-Mer, Bandol and Cassis are also very close as well as Toulon or Marseille (30 min) that is the actual European City of Culture. Our house is surrounded by many cultural, touristic or sport activities.

What makes this property unique

This house, which is our main residence, is surrounded by a large 5000 m² terraced garden with small dry stone walls and Mediterranean vegetation with pines, oaks, citrus fruits and strawberry trees. Purchased in 2011 and renovated the same year, it now has all the modern conveniences. The South-exposed pool is in a particularly green setting, sheltered from the mistral and bathed in sunlight all day long. Thanks to the equipment, such as the adjacent dining area or the summer kitchen, you can be autarkic and stay by the water all day long.
