Why they chose this property

Owner looking to rent full duplex 1900 sq feet--first and second levels available. Fully furnished in beach motif. Will rent lower level or upper level for the summer. Or will rent whole house: January 1 to May 31 and September 1 to December 31 at lower rate. June, July and August summer months in Newport at an unbelievably low monthly 3 month lease price of $5700/month for each separate level or rent the whole summer! The higher summer per month rental price is due to incredible demand and close access to beach and shopping district.
