Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

This spacious, 2,550 sq. ft. The chefs in the group are going to love preparing meals for the whole gang in this well equipped kitchen. When it's time to call it a night, the newly replaced beds throughout the home will ensure a restful, rejuvenating slumber to restore your energy for the next day.

Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance.

Damage Insurance included. Covers unintentional damage to the rental that occurs during your stay if disclosed to management prior to checkout. Contact us for more details.

Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
