Recently updated, Seaside Studio is well laid out with a queen sized bed and full sized futon. This unit comes fully stocked with everything from beach towels and chairs to buckets for gathering shells and shark's teeth on Englewood Beach- a mere 65 short steps away! Toss your line in from the beach or grab a nearby charter to experience world class fishing in the famous Boca Grande Pass or Stump Pass. My beach getaway

Me and my dogs come here twice a year and we really enjoy this place so much. It has everything we need and then some. It's so relaxing, it's exactly what we need.

Property was very quaint. Older, but clean and in nice condition. Would stay here again. Two small things areTV could be a little closer to the bed and storage laundry room a little neater. Overall, very pleased.

Great for a quick getaway.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. Its a wonderful location. You can hear the waves. It had everything we needed. We didnt use the stove or kitchenware. A few things could be updated, but overall the place was great.

Adorable cottage in a great location

Loved my stay at the Seaside Studio! It was cozy and well cared for. I stayed by myself but had some family over one night and it was perfect. It had plenty of seating both inside and outside for my family to hang out. And the location is wonderful. Conveniently close to the beach but also very quiet and peaceful. I hope to stay again in the future!!!

Great low key location

There are great beaches all over! The city beach, Stump Pass and Gasparilla Island State Park were heaven. Easy to get around in this area. The unit has a very nice and quiet air conditioner. It was convenient to be able to wash a few things and we gave the beach chairs a good workout. Owner is very congenial and responsive.

The place is cozy and everything works. We were able to cook with existing equipment and utensils, We were able to wash our clothes within the unit - which is the best. The proximity of the beach is awesome as well that we can hear the waves from the lawn chairs. Very accommodating owners and very helpful.

Small with perfect location.

The beach was a 30 second walk and not crowded at all. We saw more turtle nests than people. The house is a duplex. Basically just one large open room. Perfect for a couple. Might be awkward for more. Had a nice outdoor area and all necessary items for thebeach. Chairs, umbrellas etc.

Cute studio

Everything was just as described and even more. Loved those plates with FL colors and 100% cotton towels made in India. We were able to cook on a grill and inside and saved a lot by not going out every day.

Another Great Trip!

This studio is so cute! We love it and our dog likes staying there too. We had a great time, walked the neighborhood, went out to eat at great restaurants nearby, icecream shop not too far (short drive) was awesome, the bed slept great and the main thing "the beach" is very beautiful with calm waters when we were there and could enjoy floating (so nice). There is a small 2 seat table we ate at & enjoyed talking. The owner is great and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic understated beach paradise home

Literally 12 steps to the most beautiful beach ever with the bay behind. A pair of Osprey were there all week too! Nature all over and shells galore. Lovely home well equipped with everything. I hope to return soon. Very safe area, walked to everything. Thank you for such a lovely trip! Owner was great too
